Rang and hung up - no message - blocked due to comments above - would probably have answered it because I am original from Ohio 216 area code and would have thought it was important.

9:03AM and it starts for another day of unwanted unsolicited BS crap calls. Some politician should campaign on enforcing DO NOT CALL! I'd bet he/she would get a lot of support!

Called at 9:05am didn't know who was calling,  didn't show name just the above number so I don't answer the phone when I don't know the number. Glad I didn't.

Call at 9:02 AM. Didn't answer but I bet it's a scofflaw.

Call came in at 9 a.m. on a Monday morning.  Caller ID only says "Assist".  Why would I want to answer that call?  I'm on Do Not Call List, so they shouldn't have been calling here.  Blocking them now..... and reporting them.  They left  no message.

Keep getting these calls from this "Assist" number. Calls night and day, landline and cell. I am sick to death of it. Make it stop!

My butler loves to answer these calls and donate vast sums of money on credit cards that don't exist. It affords him a great deal of pleasure.

Received a call from this number at 9:41 a.m. PST today. Did not answer as I don't really know anyone from Ohio. No msg left. Phone number will be blocked just in case they call again.

The cid showed "assist" and phone number 216-282-0367.  Left no message.  Blocked.

Keep receiving calls from this number. No message. Very annoying!

So I called it back from my work line and it states hello and thank you for calling.  If you would like to be placed on a do not call list for the number that called you please press 1 now. What a joke!

Called 12/16/15 at 9:45 am PST.  Caller ID showed "Cleveland OH".  Since I do know people in Ohio, picked up and started to hear recorded message so hung up.  This now means I'm on more lists with the notation to call at a specific time to get a live body.
