Guess I'm the first one to report this ... it's the usual credit improvement scam.

2 calls so far just today. No message left.

Just got a call from 216-282-5623. From Cleveland Ohio. I didn't recognize the number.. They left no msg.

Just got call at 643pm EDT. Let machine get it... left no message, but heard hang up. Called back and said sorry you missed our call, press one to be taken of calling list.

Just got a call form 216-282-5623. Left no message. Been getting a lot of calls from the 216 area code lately, so probably all from the same place that has a lot of numbers. Bunch of scammers....

Just got a call from this number, the Guy said "hello this is Robert with customer care". I said nothing since I have no credit cards, no loans, or anything that would need "Customer Care", he said Hello, Hello, is anybody there? I just hung up with out saying anything.  Sounds like a scam to me.

Same number. The call repeatedly!!! He said his name was "Robert Green". He is calling from "Customer Care Services" but I can not find a website for this company.

Got a call today from Robert.  Sounded like a computerized voice call, I said hello and waited several seconds before the computer said, "this is Robert from Customer Care".  I didn't respond immediately and the voice said, "Hello, are you still there?" then automatically hung up.  I guess their auto-dialing program doesn't want to wait more than a couple of seconds.  SCAM

Same thing except I asked who Customer Care is & he said he's not trying to sell me anything & said he wanted to help me with my debt. When I said I had no debt he hung up on ME! I called back but it only gives the choice to press 1 to be put on the DO NOT CALL list. I can't even cuss him out but at least I know he knows people like us aren't so easily duped. Definitely a scam like you & everyone else is saying.

Answered this call twice now.  Def is a computer.  But pretty good at pretending.  When I asked if I was talking to a computer it laughed and said no he was a real person. Actually had a decent conversation, smarter than most telemarketers I come across.  Then I asked what color his finger nails where and it was stumped and hung up.

haha  I picked up the phone and heard a weird blip sound so I mimicked it in the phone.  Then someone or "something" comes on and says "Hi this is Robert from Customer Care"  so I say "eff u Robert" and hang up.  Maybe they'll take me off their list on their own.  I hate these calls.  Sometimes I just scream into the phone for fun. LOL
