Got several text from 330-413-5965. Was asking who I am and when I refused to say whom I was they began text things like " well my name is putntang" and do u wanna see/meet me" "u don't have tell me who u are I already know and u want some my putntang"

For a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code  “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse. ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.

I received a whatsapp message from the no. +6799816862 asking me to forward a code which I had received through message. When I checked my phone messages I had received a message mentioning a Yahoo code. He said that he used my sim 5 years back and hence he wants this verification code. I sent him the code and now I think it was a spam. I am scared if anything wrong can happen to my phone. Can anyone suggest how can I protect my cell phone?

Got a call from 2 different numbers stating we did tax fraud..And the other person even changed his name and they still said hes being charged and there coming in 45 min to arrest us 343 8857652 i even saved the message if someone needs it for proof

keeps calling and then replies by text like an jerk - if it's a wrong number, quit calling
