OH, USA and introduced her self as Taniya.  She said she has to pending felony charges against me for defrauding Wells Fargo.  They also called my mother, brother, and my grandpas brother.  Telling them the same BS.  When I called back I was transferred to some clown who introduced him self as Bobby Newman.  He told me it was only gonna take a minute.  I told him to hold on and for 30 sec so he can give me and my attorney his fairy tale. ( I didn't have a attorney I just said that to him.)  So Bobby became instantly hostile, called me all kinds of names then he said that his name is gonna be on the bottom of arrest warrant.  Anyways, this is not the first time some [***] tried to pull this crap, so I went to the police and made a police report.  I also called Wells Fargo fraud department and told them that there are certain people calling as they say on behalf of Wells Fargo and asking for financial information.

Received call frm 216-3022558, from "Nina Cordel" asking for my daughter, they said she had 2 felony warrentswhich were going to be issued in our county today for writing bad checks. When my daughter called back, she was told that she had until 1 pm today to send $1000 to avoid being arrested . I then contacted our local police, who stated there was no arrest warrent or pending warrents for her arrest. I was advised to file a complaint with FTC.com ( federal trade commission), which I did.

I received a call from 216-302-2558..MUNICIPAL RESOURCE SERVICES... Never had a payday loan. "Officer Baity" called me a lying B****...asked for his supervisor???called me a moron and hung up on me. I called back. Spoke to Luwanda...Told me that I had 2 outstanding felony warrants for my arrest in a state I never lived in.I asked her for a street mailing address for MRS.  SHE/He told me that I was a smart a**. And I need to watch for the cops..

I was advised to file a complaint with FTC.com ( federal trade commission),  and call the credit company to put a tag on my account, which I did.  I will be filling a place report as well.

I just received the same kind of phone call....BUT I'm involved in law enforcement and I'm going after these clowns.  They too said my daughter has warrants out on her....hmmmm...NOT.

I just spoke with Sam Smith,Bobby Newman,&Kimberly Fields. Bobby cussed me out. Kimberly transfered me. Sam Smith said I was being combative.

They are telling me that I have warrants out for my arrest from a previous account.  And it was being recorded for the courts.  ????

I just received a call and was told that today they are issuing warrants for me in a city and state that I haven't lived in for over a decade.. I just laughed and hung up cus I never had a payday loan and the scary thing is they have my ss number.

ID themselves as MRS, refused to tell me what the acronym means but I'm sure it means in general,  Municipal Resource Services.

Basically I think these people are just criminal debt scammers.  No idea where they are located.

Haha they called me told me I was young and stupid, told me $500 dollars of collection is a felony fraud charge...the first woman told me she had a masters degree, the second man seemed lethargic and uninterested expect for telling me I was young and dumb. I Told them the only way I would pay is if it showed on my credit report. Told me I was going to jail, I let them know how and where to serve me. These guys are brilliant! You must call these guys back if they're callinh. It's hilarious and a good argument to have.

Called me 4 times in 10 mins at 3 different numbers about a family member. Cussed out the guy the last time.

I received a call from this number stating that my brother needed to return a call ASAP. He had 2 felony outstanding charges for payments that did not clear his bank. I had my brother return the call to have a female by the name of Kimberly Fields tell him if he did not make a payment by 11AM the following day she was going to have the Sherriff's office come arrest him for check fraud and some other BS charge. She stated she would take a "Western Union" or a bank card.  I called the Sherriff's office who stated that do not give them any information and tell them that you have filed a report with their office. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!

I got a  call from these people, as dId my daughter, from Sam Smith.  We were both told that my son had listed both she and I, as emergency contacts, and needed to speak with him asap. When asked What  for, they said he had written 2 bad  checks, both were for $500. I gave my son the message. and he took it from there. We were called again Tues 3/4 from 216-302-2569, and were told an arrest warrant would be made, if the issue wasn't cleared up by them. This guy that called said he was Sgt Shawn Cooper. But he spoke very fast and mumbled as he said his name and who he was with.

This company called my mother and myself. Made numerous threatening accusations in regards to charging me with fraud and multiple felonies. One girl named Leslie, one guy named Shawn, and one guy calling himself bobby Newman.  Someone needs to stop these low life criminals.

The real name of the company is North Beach Associates located in Atlantic Beach FL. The managers name who has gone by David levine and Bobby Newman.. His real name is Robert Firneques and his cell number is 904-449-2449. Do call him and expose these scammers.

they were very uninterested in what you have to say, very nasty and to the  point.  Told them on social security they hung up on me that's when, that's when i knew something was strange about them sending me to jail.  yes something needs to be done to these thieves.  All the time stating they are not interested in the money i owe.  yeah right!
