Susan - 9 Dec 2007Who else is on the National-Do-Not-Call-Registry and is STILL receiving this pre-recorded telemarketing message? Each violation is worth $500-$1200 per call. Since there is only a $12,000 maximum judgement per 'victim' of this FEDERAL CRIME, how about we form a Class-Action-Suit against the company. Any atty's out there want to pocket $6,000 PER victim?

DG - 11 Dec 2007Maylee Building operates auto dialers on at least two numbers, 216-321-5820 & 216-321-5830. They continue to call even though I am registered on the National Do Not Call list. The dialer is supposed to play a message and asks you to leave a message. The message claims to be a public service announcement, probably to bypass the law.

Candyse - 19 Jan 2008I started to receive calls from 216-321-5820 the 2nd quarter of 2007 and they have not stopped. I call the number back and there is always a busy signal. As of January 17, 2008, at 4:31PM I am still receiving these calls. The phone rings I answer and there is no one there.
