Just got this number on my cell phone.  It's rare to get these types of calls since very few people know my cell #.  I'm going to block it

Called my cell and did not leave a message. My cell is also private so this one is getting blocked.

Second call today within 30 minutes from unknown callers. The first one was from a known scammer from Nebraska. This one was from Ohio. No one spoke when I answered the call. I'm suspicious that this might be a scammer also.

I didn't pick up, they left a voicemail.  A recorded message said, "Your eligibility expires today. Consider this your final notice. Press one to be connected with a live operator."
By intentionally failing to mention who they are or what the heck they are talking about, this type of message is sure to get a lot of unsuspecting people to press 1.

Got the call, no message, will block it

I did pick up.  The recording said "That is not a valid extension please try again" and hung up.  They called me.  I am just worried that all I did now is validate that my number works and can be sold as a lead.

Unknown caller to my private cell phone, I didn't answer and they didn't leave a voicemail.

I pressed one and got a man saying that he could give me a better rate on my credit card. I asked which one and he said master card. I do not own a master card. He got upset and re-read some script but I could not understand his accent and he was rud. I asked for the band if the person that he is trying to reach and he hung up on me.
