called my cell. no message.

I got a call from this number 2 days in a row and no message left, I just called it back and it is a business called :The Revenue Group, I think it may be some sort of collections company

They are a collection agency but for whom i do not know.  I got a call last week and one this week. when i picked up there was an automatied message saying to press 1 or whatever to speak to a person.  no one ever answered.  I did not pick it up this time.

I have been getting CONSTANT calls from these people for a month now, sometimes multiple calls per day. They seem to believe my name is "Lori" and that I owe money for an emergency room visit in a city I've never been to.

Thanks to an above poster I can confirm that their company is in fact the Revenue Group and they will be receiving a cease and desist letter from me shortly. I will post back if they ignore said letter.

It is a collection agency called The Revenue Group. They usually deal with Cleveland Clinic properties. They might even be owned by Cleveland Clinic.

I received several calls from them in the last 2 days. Their machine always leaves a message for me to call them back. I do not know who they are though and on the caller ID it says " Telwise Corp", which is a company with a fraud alert on it. I am affiliated with Cleveland Clinic though and will give them a call about this to verify if it is them or not. But I don't owe them any money as far as I am aware of.

I have been out of town taking care of my terminally ill mother.  This number showed up on my caller ID.  First of all, I have an EXTREMELY good credit score and extremely good insurance.  I have dealt with the Cleveland Clinic several - at least 6 or 7 years ago and the bills were paid in full - by insurance.  I owed nothing.  Don't know why they would call my number, but I am blocking it!  This is bull and I don't need the stress right now.  It does say Telwise Corp on my caller ID.

Caller ID today says REVENUE ASSISTANCE.  In past it has said REVENUE GROUP and TELWISE CORPORATION.  Revenue Group is the Cleveland Clinic in-house collection agency.  Telwise Corporation googles as a provider of Voice Over Internet Protocol ( VOIP ) telephone lines that Revenue Group apparently uses.

I have received SEVERAL calls from this company on my cell with no messages. I have never been to Cleveland or the Cleveland Clinic...interesting

I am getting these calls also on my cellphone at they are starting at 8am, which is against the collection law of calling that early.  I do not have Cleveland Clinic, but I do have University Hospitals. So they must work for both firms.  And @ Helmut, really???  How old are you to have put that wording in.  My G-d grow up.

Collection calls can be as early as 7am in some States/Provinces. Check your local laws.No calls after 9pm is pretty standard.

I did get a call from this number, they left no message.  I found out that some of these collection company because if you pay them the oringinal company might not get the money.

I get calls from them all of the time.  They are collecting for the Cleveland Clinic.  The Clinic sends me to collections before I even receive an invoice, usually within 30 days of service.  The clinic's billing department is horrendous!  

Yes, in fact that is the Revenue Group.  they are a collection agency for MANY different companies, not just the Cleveland Clinic.  I have dealt with them in the past and they are rather nice to work with.  If you contact them back they will explain everything to you and why they are calling.  If you are the wrong person and you let them know that, they will correct it and remove you from calls.  They contacted me about my ex wife at one time and after telling them about that I was no longer contacted in regards to that any more.

I hate the Cleveland Clinic billing system.   Partial is billed directly and partial under Per Your Health, which is an absolute nightmare of a website.   Have never been able to log into it.     Have called the CC billing department to discuss bills and get further information...........useless.   We can mail you a detailed bill, blah blah blah.    If you have what appears to be a duplicate billing.........1 billed thru CC and the other thru Per Your Health........neither can look at the other's system.   Totally useless.    Yes, I have decent insurance, but still have to pay 20% of what is not covered.   When you have an emergency hospital stay that lasted 6 days..........$2000 in total bills is not easy to pay.   And they want it paid in full.    Going to contact their Financial Assistance Dept. to see if they can help me straighten out things.   Have heard decent feedback about that department.

Have been receiving minim. of  3-4 calls/day for ~10 days, on my landline; caller ID shows only 'Out of area', w/the ^ #.    All calls hang up > my vmail starts to record. So, I answered 2 calls yest., & got recordings: that they are debt collectors (for an unnamed co.) looking for 'Dorothy?'.... Yes, I pressed '2', twice, during both calls as dir.'d. (to remove you if it's wrong person or ph. #)... & Yes, I've recv.'d 2 more calls alrdy. this am, btw 830-11a...1st was hangup; 2nd, they left vm for 1st time, same recording as yest. ...grrr... & So..lol...From now on, I'm answering the calls; pressing '1 to confirm' etc., til it gets to a live CSRep-- so I can YELL, 'AUNTIE EM!!?AUNTIE EM!!OH,ISTHATYOU??!'&ETC.!! Like a loud idiot...til they *finally* remove my # from their damn call-list!! (Why, yes- I *do* have too much time on my hands, & no life! Why do you ask?!?) :P
