I had a call on my caller ID from this company and searched here to see who it was before calling back. I'm glad I called them because there was a doctor bill on my credit report and I had no clue! The rep was really nice and helped me read my EOB only to find out it was my responsibility. I paid it and then pulled my credit report and they updated it "paid in full" helped my score jump up in points! If I ever have to deal with an agency again I hope it's them.

They called my moms cell because there was an oustanding payment on a hospital bill that I didn't know wasn't paid.  After reading all the information provided on this page I was able to contact Jim Andrews back at 2163602000 (just call them back with *67 and your number won't show up.)- he is part of a collection agency that was hired by the hospital and I paid the bill right over the phone and it didn't go on my credit report! He was really nice and said they wanted to get a hold of me so that it wouldnt effect my credit.

This is First Federal Credit Control, a bottom-feeder collection agency that has many complaints filed against them to the Better Business Bureau. Beware.

Just heard from them and they were very nice. To the person who posted on Dec 8th..get a life and pay your bills. It's not the agencies fault your insurance didn't pay. that's your responsibility. Loser....

A lady with the most harsh, raspy voice I ever encountered called me about $132.00 I owe a hospital. I had kidney and bladder cancer and had to have my kidney, uretur and a piece of my bladder removed. I have been unable to work because of it. By the way, my wife is a 30 year employee of the hospital that turned me in to these bloodsuckers and the hospital itself is in bankruptcy. She accused me of "buying" something that I couldn't pay for. Very rude and ignorant. I had my attorney call them with a cease and desist order. One of the stupidest individuals I've ever met. The jerk above me here is probably her or related to the moron.

You are the loser, Loser. You do not know that persons situation. People who have had good credit all of their lives and have paid there bills on time can be devastated by illness. I agree that people should pay their bills, but when an individual is stricken with a debilitating disease and it becomes impossible to work, keeping the lights on and food on the table is more important than paying a medical bill. I would not be surprised if you DO work for these [***].

You must work for them, which is why you say they are "nice."  If you paid the hospital directly rather than FFCC, your bill would have been taken care of and FFCC would have lost any commission for getting the money out of you instead.

I find it funny that people who don't pay their bills always refer to ANY collection agency as 'bottom feeder' - guess what's on the bottom - YOU!
