Looks like the telemarketers (or scammers) stole the:  Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio  phone number and caller ID: Clini Cleveland (and left out "c" in Clinic)  and called on a Saturday about 4PM

No message left but has all the hallmarks of a robo-caller using a number previously owned by Cleveland Cinic.

Straight to the garbage.

Yeah these [***] called.  No mssg.

"CLEVELAND CLINI" called my home phone at 10:37 am on 12/29/2015 and did not leave a message.  One clue that it might be a scam call is when the phone rings twice as long as the number I have set for incoming calls before going to voice mail.

Scam using 216-444-5437 number. Again "Cleveland Clini" id.
It is or was a real number.  Cleveland Clinic Staff Directory shows  Halima Janjua, MD - Center for Pediatric...
Should I guess scammers wanted to solicit funds to help "sick children;"

Left a message on my answering machine:  "Hello, this is not a sales call. We are conducting a survey for individuals suffering from bladder complications on behalf of a medical research center. Press "1" to continue and be part of the medical survey, or Press "2" to be placed on the Do Not Call list".   Obviously, this is not the Cleveland Clinic. It is highly unlikely that they would call random numbers to do a survey for such a specific medical condition. Adding to my blocked number list.
