More unwanted Political Crap.  I wish this was illegal and that politicians could be held liable for this harassment.  But unfortunately, the politicians only make laws that don't effect them.

Just had call.  Went to answering machine, but no message left.

Just called here as well.  No message left on answering machine but someone was on the other end as there was a significant delay in hanging up.

PHONE ID SHOWED  'OHIO'  CALL  NO MESSAGE,,,, DELAYED HANG-UP AFTER I ANSWERED CALL,,,, NO-ONE  ANSWERED ..... JUST HUNG-UP!  i called back: they said, if i want to be 'off-calling list' .... press 1 - so i pressed 1- & hung up!  
(we joined AARP  magaz. info : maybe they called for people to purchase the 'Humana' insurance Supplement ----> c/o Primary--Medicare Ins. (they advertise on TV)

Just got a call from that number.  When I answered there was someone on the other end that said   "ah...........Hello"... and then they hung up.  Called the number back and got a message that asked if I want to be off the calling list, if so, press one.  I waited for other options to see what it was, but there was nothing else.

They just called for the 4th time today.  I answered and "Jasmine" said she was from AARP and wanted to ask me a few questions about Medicare.  I told her that this was the 4th time today that I received a call from them and I didn't appreciate it.  I asked her to take me off their calling list - but I was talking to dead air. She had hung up on me.  Now I'm angry.

I don't think the caller is AARP.  My guess is that they're an offshore scammer, but the one time I answered, there was no one on the line.  The best way to handle these is to not even answer the phone.  This one gave up after about 10 calls in 3 days.

If everyone would stop answering these calls they would stop making them.  Keeps calling and interrupting home life..stop it you jerks! Hangs up after the answering machine comes on. Total cowards and screw pups. Get a real job will ya!

Just got a call from 216-452-1339.  Caller ID said "NEIGHBOR WATCH."  Recorded female voice said that I have been selected to receive a free home security system and a free medical alert pendant!  I listened to the whole sppech.  At the end, she said press 1 to talk to a live rep or press 2 to be removed from their calling list.  I pressed 2 and the line went dead.  Hopefully, they will not call again.

Call came in on caller ID as Neighborhood Watch. Went to answering machine. No message left, but they took a long time to hang up. Really fed up with these kind of calls. Do not call list doesn't work or a private unlisted number.

Caller ID showed NEIGHBOR WATCH, so I did NOT pick up the call.  Caller hung up when answering machine picked up.  Just another annoying jerk making unwanted solicitation calls.

I did, however, call the number back.  You will receive an automated voice indicating, that if you wish to be placed on their DO NOT CALL list, press 1 now.  I did so, and received a message to please allow 48 hours to be placed on their DO NOT CALL list.

I too received a call and when I returned a call was given the option of being put on "do not call" list

On the do not call list. Came up Neighbor Watch called twice back to back. Jerks

got a call from a young lady named Ashley she said.  Asked me if I had heard about the elections in Columbus.  Told her I didn't live in Columbus.  After that she hung up.  I could hear a lot of callers in the background. Looked at the caller ID and it comes up as a Cleveland landline phone. ???????

After reading the comments above, I blocked from my cell phone.  They don't need to call me for any reason.  AND I am not registered anymore.  And if I was, my cell number wouldn't be the number to call.  When I call it back I get the recording "Welcome to Verizon Wireless.  "The number you dialed has been changed, disconnected or is no longer in service...."  2nd time I called it ask me if I wanted to be placed on the DNC list....very suspicious!!!  But it's blocked now anyway!

Called 4 times on a Saturday. Called my cell phone which I give to very few. A quick check said caller is a land line from Cleveland. They left no message!
