Some Drunk idiot calls everyday, this jerk needs to stop

This number called me and no one said anything. I called back and it said that it wasn't a working number!

calls every other  day no weekends. when i call back says verizon wireless this number is no longer in service ?

this number keeps calling everyday, twice a day. no one says a word and then hangs up.

I am being called several times a day, every day by this jerk. Calls sometimes and no answer when I pick up and sometimes screams nasty things using names I don't know.  How can I stop this?
