"John" from "Cardholder Services" asking me to call a toll free number. Don't think so.

I have been receiving calls from this number both identifying themselves to be with a warranty company called Warranty Services telling me my warranty on my vehicle was about to expire.....don't have a warranty and have never purchased one, then today same number stating that they were with card services.  It was a recording, but when I called back the woman hung up on me and when I called back I got a recording for Warranty Services.  Seems like fraud to me!

Received a call this morning basically saying what the above poster just stated. They're selling extended warranty services for cars to tack on after your manufacturer's warranty has expired.

THEY KEEP CALLING MY PHONE NUBER AND SINCE I DON'T KNOW THE NUMBER, I REFUSE TO PICK UP THE PHONE. I LOOKED THE NUMBER UP ON THIS SITE AND NOW I KNOW NOT TO ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN THIS DISRUPTIVE CALLER BOTHERS MY PRIVACY.

I received the same call as above from 2164531569. I actually pressed 1 for a live person and someone named Joel hung up on me when I tried to tell him to quit calling my office. I called the number back and got Warranty Services and couldn't get to a live person.

Same as above, warranty.... They wont stop calling me.... They've hung up on me too! Arrogant bastards... Hell, I even threatened to kill them... Nope, still get calls... F*&K!!!

For the past week, I have been getting at least one call everyday from this number. Usually I am asleep because I work nights, but the message, if the guy leaves one, says he is calling from Card Services, that my account is in good standing, but I need to return the call for important information on how to save money on my mortgage interest. I called the number back and got a lengthy detailed message thanking me for calling Warranty Services and explaining about all the services they offer, then directing me to press 1 for this, 2 for that and so on. I don't need a warranty, I am happy with the one I already have. And, I dislike anyone calling me at random just to try to sell me something. If I want to buy, I will find you, thankyouverymuch.

I just got off the phone with this same number. "card holder services". they have called every day now for weeks. I pressed one and said "take me off the list" and they guy on the phone began saying racist remarks (honkey, cracker...etc) and laughed and laughed. Although the whole idea of it IS funny... This simply can NOT continue. I work in a division of law enforcement and I am going to be looking into tracking and finding out as much as possible about these people. Has anyone had any interaction with the law regarding this? Richard you said you reported to cleveland police, what was the response, if any? I'm really upset and I believe this could actually go somewhere as this is a major new illegal telemarketing scam. Please update with any information regarding the name / location of this company. I just got off the line with this number.  Said card member service, we want to reduce your interest rate if your are 2000.00 or more in debt.  When I pressed one for the live operator a guy came on the line and ask if I was interested in the services they were offering and I said no I would like to be on your do not call list.  He said there isn't a chance in hell that is happening and hung up.

Calls saying there is no problem with my credit card but to call a toll free number. When I try to call it back it says its busy every time.

same as above annoying as hell. calls 1-3 times a day. on call back i get warranty service but can never  talk to a real person. This company or whatever this is, is diffinently a SCAM>>>>

Message left: "Hi this is Anthony calling with Cradholder svcs. please call back at 866-336-5624. I'm calling in reference to your current credit card account...urgent you contact us concerning your eligibility for lowering your interest rates...to qualify...yada yada yada"

I doubt this is a real credit card company because they called our biz line. Even a real company would ask for the person and leave a general message. Probably a scam or so called CC company trying to get you to get there "low rate" card (19%) with high fees.

how can you get off this list? This is bu***hit if there is no way of getting off this list.

216-453-1569 they call our business 3 or 4 times a day saying they are with cardholder services and debt repair, when I answer the phone a recording asks me to push #1 if I want to talk to a rep. I pushed #1 and got a man who spoke VERY LITTLE english, when I told him this was a business he was calling and to take us off the list he laughed and hung up.
