I went online to get direct tv 4 months ago and now i keep getting phone calls and tonight a guy called and verified my name address and pretty much all my information and said he would hook up my direct tv for 25 dollars. and i would get the first month free and wouldnt have to pay any fees. I just hope he doesnt come to my house when i'm not expecting him. even though i told him i didnt want it

I had spoken with Direct TV about 2 weeks ago, interested in getting more info on their service.  Since my phone call, I have been getting daily phonecalls from them (when you call back the number it shows up as "PowerDirect"), sometimes two and three times daily.  Not only are these phonecalls annoying, but they are later at night- after 8pm, and when my husband and I answer, no one speaks, and the phone hangs up.

I kept getting calls from this number on my cell phone with no message- it is DirecTV. (I am already a customer and made the mistake of calling from this phone without using *67 first to block my number.)

I asked them to take my number of their call list, and they said they would. We'll see.

no message, hung up when I answered. Will be blocked from now on

I called Direct TV to inquire about their packages, and now I am getting frequent calls from this #.  I called and asked them to remove me from their calling list and filed a compliant.

This number keeps calling me and then doesn't answer.

I'm getting a call from this number everyday, and when I
pick up, there is no one on the line, and when I don't,
there is no message left.  

I did sign up for DirectTV service about a week ago.

Recieved a call from 216-503-4750. When I informed the caller that I do not buy products that are solicited over the phone and requested that they remove my number from their list, the caller hung up. RUDE!

I just got off the phone with DirectTv and if you did the online sign up and never purchased your name goes onto a 'get directtv list' and you get the calls. You have to call the 888-777-2454 number and tell them to remove your number. Sucks all around!

Ya this isn't the only direct tv number callin' me. Direct tv sucks and they're a bunch of jag offs

Got 2 missed calls from this number today. Funny how they're open from 8am to 5pm EST yet they called me 7:30pm PST. This means it's an auto dialer that's calling. I inquired with Direct TV a week ago and they came out to see if I can get Direct TV and unfortunately I can't. Now I know just to block the number and/or ignore it. Thanks for all the info.

they called my phone today at 142pm i didnt answer becuase i just got this cell phone yesterday its a prepaid number so i dont know how they even got it... now i know who  it is..

I had inquired online about prices and broadband internet connectivity because I have that on roadrunner now via TW cable...decided they couldn't meet my needs and said goodbye.  Now have been getting 2-3 calls daily with like details as others are reporting. As another person here recommended, I called 888-777-2454 and went through the automated Q & A session to eventually talk to a real person who said she'll contact a supervisor to get me off their calling list.  BE CREATIVE...when they asked for a number that you'd like service at, I said 999-999-9999..they said that number already has Direct TV service, so what's my account #, I said 0...that apparently blew their edits all to h*ll!!

got call from this number and tried to call back just got "all operators are busy"  i called directv also to find prices and did not suscribe and now getting phone calls

I am glad I found this website! I have been unindated with this number, today I was at the hospital while my son was in surgery and they called twice. I was looking into Direct TV awhile ago and now I know I don't want them!! I'm with Sarah, when I did answer,no one said anything and hung up on me!!

my husband inquired about direct tv, over SIX months ago. have never gotten a call from them before, and then tonight at almost 9pm, we get a call from this number. i did some research and this number is a residential number...something very fishy about a Direct TV working call clients from their HOUSE. I'd say it's a scam.

QUIT CALLING---HAVE RECEIVED CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER EVERY DAY FOR 2 WEKS
