It is the Plain Dealer. They call daily trying to sell a subscription to their paper. They do not take you off the list when requested.

Have have called me Monday, Tues and Thursday of this week.  Will not leave a message.

This is definately the Plain Dealer.  I had a subscription once and cancelled it which is when the phone calls began.  If you answer and say no they leave you alone for a while and then eventually start back up.  At some point when they called they were offering a free cooler with the subscription so I got one, an everday service.  They still continue to call and try to sell me the paper.  One time after telling the lady I already have a subscription she was like well I can get it at a reduced rate for you if you want.  I'm like ok, like I would say no.  So she checked my name and found my subscription and changed the pricing in their system, yet they can't change it to show I already have one?  They are a pain!

As others have noted, this is the Plain Dealer. They called my cell phone every single day for months (I already have a Sunday subscription). Once, when I actually answered, I told them to stop calling. The calls stopped for a few weeks, then started again. I wrote a letter to the head of Circulation (Robert Perona) and copied the President and Publisher (Terrance C.Z. Egger). I said that if the calls didn't stop, I would cancel my subscription and file a harassment report. Guess what? No more calls. Worth the time. They call me everyday at work also.  I am sending them an email now.

I just got a call from this number at work, only problem is my cell number is private, not public. sucks for them because I don't pick up for numbers that I don't recognize and if you don't leave a message, it's not important. I did apply for a delivery job with them over 2 years ago, that would be the only way they could have this info..

They call EVERY DAY!  I already have a sunday only subscription and they will not accept that I THROW AWAY every other day and don't want more.  WHY ARE THEY STILL BOTHERING PEOPLE???????
