This is Bank Of America Credit Collection agency.

they call all day long!!
and under more then one number too.

I received a call and they said they were card services.   Is this a collection agency?  I don't have a collection for them to collect. Hmmmm

This call is from their card services department. In my case at least, I have an automatic withdrawal every month from my account and the agreement was for six months of auto withdrawals. They were calling to see if I wanted to renew that for another six months. Scared me at first because in the message they left they said their name was "FIA collections".

I received a call from this number and no one left a message. I have an account at Bank of America. I have no collections or other problems. This is a scam call. They send emails to me as well and my bank said they are a fraudulent scam to steal info & money from my account.

they are bank of america i have a credit card with them.. and past due balance and they are trying to collect it

Got a call from a person, claiming to be from the Bank of America.  He was interested in getting info on a third person he claimed was a relative of mine.  When I told him to send me an official request on BoA stationary he was less than pleased.  I called the number back and found out that I was talking to Card Services and that they represented many different credit card companies, in short they are hired guns acting as collection agencies for the dumb banks unsolicitedly sending credit cards to one and all and then wring their hands when the "marks" don't pay.

Constantly gets call from Bank Of America asking for someone that does not live here.  I ALWAYS tell them this, they do not listen.. ??  Does anyone know what i can do because the person that previously had my telephone number obviously didnt give his debt collectors his new telephone number?  I want to get in touch with this guy so bad and give them his new #!!!!
