A rep. from Bank of America fraud department called the 216-545-4689 number and got no answer.  I asked if there was a voice mail system and the rep. stated no.

To me if this was actually a Sr. account manager for bank of America, then there would be a voice messaging system.

I kept getting calls from this number for my ex-wife who had moved out well over a year ago.  It was discovered this is a Bank of America affiliate and they are basically bill collecting...

Receiving calls from this number. Asked them to stop calling. They still call. Sometimes up to 4 times daily. Bill collectors are regulated by the  state board of corporations. I am documenting all incidences and will be filing a formal complaint soon.

Received a call from Kathy King Bank Of America, accusing me of all kinds of fraud because I used the card to the limit and did not make the payment on time. Wanted to know my income and where it's derived from. Last I know it's a free country and we don't need to explain our income to any corporate or individual. Only God and IRS has such powers.

I was issued a check and the maker to get his money back accused me of forgery. Bank of America became the judge and the jury returned the money to the maker and froze my account for 6 months without any investigating. This made me incapable of paying my bills to the extent my property went into foreclosure. Unfortunately, one of the events that took place was that I had to use a Bank of America Credit card to clear this matter. Of course, the credit card payments could not be made either. This turmoil was initiated by Bank of America, however we are just a number in their system and what ever actions they took were justified. After fighting tooth and nail to get my account unblocked they obliged without any remorse what so ever. All the penalties and late charge that occurred is all down to me. The Banks always come out shining!

Wow, just goes to show you corporate power. Banks are ruthless, with the property market on the down slide they have lost millions..., serves them right. What goes around comes around. Hopefully the bad ones will get weeded out. Bank of America is the worse of them all. Always go to the smaller friendlier ones where you are not just another number.

Got a voicemail this morning from this number, guy said he was from Bank of America and his name was Ryan. He used the wrong name in addressing me. I have no account with Bank of America and I never have, so I don't know how the hell they got my number. He claimed the call was about an option account that this person with a similar name to mine has. Definitely sounded like a scam to me, especially since there is no legitimate reason why Bank of America would have my phone number.

This is definitely sounding like a scamming system to obtain confidential information. I sure wish they could be shut down somehow! It's bad enough to get collection calls when you have account problems, but to be harassed for nothing is really annoying!

My wife received a call from someone (she didn't ask who and we don't subscribe to caller i,d,) who said she had received a call from Margit Datz at 216-545-4689 who was looking for someone named Pete (Petruzzi?).  Somehow, this unnamed caller got our number from Margit Datz.  Very strange.  It's a shame my wife didn't think to ask the name of the caller.  No personal information was given by my wife, but this unamed caller told my wife that Margit Datz might be calling us.
I see from google that there may be a Margit Datz associated with Bank of America in Bangor maine and also at this phone number.
