    Claimed to be Cleveland Electrical Information; asked to talk to person in charge of utility bill. When I said, "Our utilities are handled by our office manager," he hung up before I could redirect the call.

    They want me to send them $200 via Western Union because my computer crashed. I don't have a computer. First time he called he wanted to give me a refund because his company was going out of business. It again was for a computer that was secured.Now I am getting the same calls for the same scam from 239-491-4157. Google reports it's a prank call number.
