These phone number spoofing, phishing criminals are calling from the east side of Cleveland, Ohio and are this weekend calling numerous times the last two days spoofing off multiple phone numbers. This particular number is coming through the Vonage phone services system. I am getting infuriated at the rate of calls.  I live in a suburb within the Greater Cleveland area and the calls come up as without the area code looking like someone is calling you from their cellular phone.
This particular number called on my landline house phone. There is a real person to this phishing scam. He starts off saying as "Hi this is Josh from the Customer Service Department". When pressed to say which company this "Customer Service Department" is with, he will not reply with an answer...  because there isn't a legitimate company to reply with. All weekend it is with a different number different types of voices to say "You've won,,,".
I an so annoyed I hung up the phone after telling "Josh" I am irate enough to call the Ohio Attorney General's office as it is an ongoing criminal phishing call to gain one's name, personal identity and even financial information to then take it into identity theft.

This is NOT a "prank" call.  It comes with the intent to obtain personal information and identities out of the person answering these calls. Therefor since 800Notes does not have a "scam" call type... I left it as an unknown, tho I do know what these caller's intentions are.
