Someone from this number wanted my address but wouldn't tell me why.  When I said that I would not provide this information unless she would tell me why she wanted it, I then said goodbye and hung up.  She then called back and yelled at me to NOT HANG UP THE PHONE ON HER AGAIN! then she hung up on me

I can tell you that Nipuna Services was hired by ATT to handle their customer service calls. They are based overseas from what I have been told. What irritates me is that the number that shows up on caller id is definitely NOT the number they are calling from. I don't understand why it does not come up as Bellsouth like all the other calls I have gotten from there! Thing is, I got THIS call because I called the Bellsouth DSL customer service and got this guy with a British accent (from India I believe) and I ended up telling him never mind and hanging up on him because he was not understanding me. If what I was saying did not match his computer screen script he could not figure anything out. So he calls me back and this number comes up on my caller id. I asked him why it did not say he was calling from Bellsouth and he said he was using his international line. I told him I did not want to speak with him and hung up. Now...to figure out how to get an American!

We have gotten numerous calls from this number at all hours. Sometimes there is someone the other line and they don't speak, other time they have hung up on me when I asked "What is this in reference to."

Junk Call, apparently hung up during my outgoing message- These usually come in when I'm either napping or on the toilet.

called and i ask who they were calling, then this person wanted some personal info. when i ask who and what for they did not respond. then they said if i did not, my house would get bombed. well as of yet that has not happen. well what now, hong kong willie

got a call from this number and they wanted me to confirm our mailing address and when I ask why...they hung up on me.  I tried to call them back and the line is constantly busy.  It was a foreign person that I could hardly understand.
