- DeeCalled my cell phone as well. No message left. From the Cleveland, OH area and it's a Cingular wireless number according to www.fonefinder.net
- Caller: Unknown
- CHARNYSE LOPER| 1 replyI am on the do not call list
- atravelfanaticMe too. Call to my wireless phone. No message. From Cleveland, OH. Funny - we're all getting this at the same times on the same date. Possibly a robocall from a political organization? I might be wrong, but I think those groups are exempt from the DNC lists.
- Caller: political, perhaps???
- surfsidejust got a call, no message on cell phone - cleveland, ohio

- Call type: Telemarketer
- ginaI just got a call from this number to night- no one answered when I said hello and then hung up
- John| 1 replyI have also been getting call from this company. They claim to be from Account Services with urgent info regarding your credit card. I spoke with the floor supervisor named Cheryl and asked to be removed from the call list. She claimed that they have the right to call anyone doing business with Master Card or Visa. My number is also on the do not call list and have filed three complaints against this number.

- Nathan ZGot a call at my home landline phone. No message. Didn't bother picking it up, because I figured it would be one of these schmucks. I don't think it was a political SuperPAC or anything like that; probably (IMWCS) an MS13 dude calling every number on Collect using robocallers to tick off everybody whom isn't part of his group, if you know what I mean. Or it could've been - what do they call it ? Wardialing? Hopefully not. Anyway, if this is a political org making cranks, they're gonna see me in court (a very angry and aggressive [legal wise] me in a Class Action case) one of these days! I'll bring Detroit's best lawyers too, provided I can find the cash to afford to sue them for it! Hahaha. Anyway, Have fun trying to bring justice to these crankers. They need a good whipping!

- Ino HooI've gotten several calls from these clowns. Sometimes if you answer, the call drops (my guess is that the robo-dialer jam-packs their circuits and if too many people answer, it drops calls. They don't care about annoying people and wasting people's time, they just care about maximizing their number of calls, and if their robo-dialer hangs up on you, you'll just get called again later.
The first time I got an answer, I got the "dial 1 to lower your rate" message. I did dial 1 to see who it was, and when I asked who this is, the person (and I use the term loosely) asked "Did you dial 1 to lower your rate?" I asked again who was calling, and he asked again, "Did you get here by dialing 1 to lower your rate?" I insisted, "you called me, I'd like to know who you are first." He hung up.
The second time I got an answer and got transferred, I immediately said "Please take me off your list, I'm not interested." The person said "no problem", but I received calls from them after that. I added it to my contacts as "Dial 1 Spam" so as to more easily ignore it in the future.- Caller: Claim to be "Card Services"
- Call type: Telemarketer
- Mike MUnwanted call from "cardmember services"
- Call type: Telemarketer
- Tommy| 1 replyI couldn't answer the call when it came in. I called back and the voicemail message said the inbox was full and could not accept any new messages. I read the posts above and it seems this is bogus.
- Deb HNo answer when picked up
- Caller: I hane no idea as they would not say
- BillShut| 1 replyJust got a call, I wasnt available to pick up. But I did call the number back and it says that the mail box belonging to Craig is full. So I guess some guy named Craig owns it?
- Brad B| 1 replyI got an automated call with a womans voice indicating interest rates were just reduced from the Federal Government and that I had an option to reduce my interest rate, and press "1" to have this done. It shows up: 216-744-4009, and the voice on the recording identified as "Account Services".
This is not only illegal, misrepresentation, but when the man came on, he id'd himself as "Tommy". He answered by asking if I was responding to a "lower interest rate on my cards", I responded by stating "I need to know the name of your company" and he hung up.
This company is not playing by the rules, and using some sort of call id generator. When you call the number back, it states it is "Craig" and the mailbox is full.
Can anybody investigate who this company is and how we can get them reported?- Caller: The hung up and didn't tell me
