Sandy - 28 Sep 2007I get calls from this number all day every day, including Sunday, starting about 8:30 a.m. and through about 10:00 p.m. It is very annoying to get calls from a number you don't recognize and from which no message is left. I think I will report this to the Attorney General's office and would recommend everyone here do the same. I am a retired senior and I have no debts (other than maybe a hospital bill that should not have been charged to me in the first place). I have not followed up as yet to determine the name of the company, but am almost certain it is a business known as The Revenue Group in Beachwood.

Bill - 10 Dec 2007Yes... it's a medical collection agency working for University Hospital in Cleveland. I've had a similar experience in that the idiots in University Hospital's billing department don't know what they're doing. Numerous times I've gotten bills from UH that were covered by myself out of pocket at time that service is provided yet the cretins behind the counter & in University Hospital's billing department can't click a button that says paid. If you have a sign up at the cashiers window saying all services must be paid in full at time of service then why can't you check the paid button on your computer when I give you my money. I've been fighting with the idiots at University Hospital for several months now and every person I've talked to has said that "We've taken care of this."
Whats worse is I've spoken with two doctors who about this and the concur that the billing system & deparmtnet at University Hospital is horrible.
Then these annoying calls started. I bitched at the one woman who sounded like she had the educational background of a lower primate and a smokers rasp to go with it. I hold University Hospital personally responsible for screwing up anything to do with my PERFECT CREDIT SCORE. If you have been a patient at University Hospital and are now getting calls from this number call the University Hospital Patient Relations: 216-844-7502 and complain to them.

He has gone too the billing dept several times over a paid bill ( in the department he works for!!!!!) and now these CC are callin me, even AFTER payment arrangements were made.

reese - 8 Mar 2008I certainly would suggest that you pay any portion of your or for that matter that legally you are responsible for. Also EVERY EVERY EVERY health insurance plan has a "insured portion" or "paitent reponsibility portion" that will alway REQUIRE the paitent, or in instances where there is a minor involved the parent or legal gaurdian to pay thier percentage for each and every service that will be administered to them to include every thing from doctors fees, lab work, blood work, x-rays, rehab,in patient hospital room charges, cable tv, meals, asprin etc. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE understand NO ONE EVER HAS FULL COVERAGE. EVER SO NEXT TIME YOU GET A COLLECTION CALL FROM YOUR BILL COLLECTOR PLEASE BE PREPARED TO KNOW THE LIMITS OF YOUR OWN MEDICAL INSURANCE. "ITS THE LAW"

K - 4 Oct 2007This number called me today and asked for someone and when I told them they were not available could I take a message they told me they knew I was the person they were looking for, when I said I didn't understand they told me they knew it was the person they were looking for and they WILL call back, it was very harrassing and when I call it back it just disconnects? Any clues? They call comes up as coming from Terrance, Ohio?

I do know that a phone number, 800-867-5123 always call my cell phone and has a recording saying to call them back and when I did call them back, it is a collections agency. I do not owe money to anyone and this place just keeps calling my phone and hanging up. There has to be a way to stop them.

Called at 4:01pm, 10/08/2007, asked for Deborah. No one lives here by that name and I told them this. A young-sounding woman on the other end stated, "I know she is there, you'll hear from us again."
I guess I will wait and see if they call back before I do anything as this is the first call I have ever received from them. At least I have the name and address of the company now. Thanks guys.

me d - 19 Oct 2007Same thing happens to me. I have called the 800 # and have spoken with an Evan Bronson. He states that he is collecting a debt but is extremely harrassing and extremely rude and very unproffessional. I am going to look up the revenue group because if I truely do owe this debt I don't want to pay it to just anyone.

gert - 23 Oct 2007this service has called me on my cell, home and work number. I am curtaintly undergoing cancer treatments and off work for sometime. It is very sad that this service calls and has left messages degrading and harrassing me during a difficult time in my life. Even when you call your own private credit card service reps. they will not work with you at all to try and do the best that you can to pay off debts. I truely believe if you spent the money you need to pay it back in a reasonable manner - not at high interest rates so that you can never pay it off in a life time. It's very sad what is going on in our world.
