I looked up this number, after seeing it on my cell phone numerous times. I want to let everyone know that whether you are the person they are looking for or not, this company has multiple violations of the fair debt collectors act (debtors have rights too) and once you tell them to cease all calls; THEY MUST IMMEDIATELY.
There is a guy in southern Ohio who was featured on the news by eliminating all his debt by recording conversations with collectors. He then realized how many companies violate our rights, so he signed up for every phone and mail list he could find, and sits around the house answering and requesting to be on their do not call list. They are liable for a MINIMUM of $500 if they call after your request. No lawyers needed, the most he did was pay $50 to file a suit downtown, but MOST just pay out of court to avoid court cost. He is a millionaire..  The news featured his home and it was amazing.. He was un-employed and severly in debt, and now cashes in on companies that do not follow the law and interrupt our lives!

This number belongs to them, it is a collection agency and to call them back you need to call 216-763-2100. They cannot make the random calling stop. They WILL not make the calls stop, and the person I talked to said "Im sorry but Oh well."

You wait forever to get through.  They had all my son's information wrong and were trying to bill with erroneous information then got an attitude with ME. They are a disorganized, rude collection agency.  Thanks to all for alternate phone numbers for this company.  They never sent any paperwork--just automated phone calls.

Got a call from Al Reynolds at 216-763-2189 that he was calling for our son regarding a job he applied for. Tried to call back and found out it is a collection agency!! What gives these people the right to pose as a prospective employer when they are actually trying to collect a debt.

These people were very helpful, it appears the 216-763-2189 is what shows up on caller id, but if you actually listen to the message they leave, they leave a different phone # which is a good number, and I talked to a couple people and they were very nice, and did most of the work for me to get my account resolved.

beware Southwest uses these guys too.  Got a collection letter from them for a bill I already paid.  Trying to get to a person right now instead of just a voice mail.

I really don't understand why whenever people hear collection agencies they freak out.  Some of them are pretty decent.  Is it just everyone feels like they should make other people feel bad about their debts?

They have called 4x today so far, starting at exactly 9:14am. Its only 1:30 now. They never leave a message on my machine, and even after reading all the posts on here, I still called the # and it did automatically hang up.  Just so annoying!

It's not just the Revenue Group.  They are just following what all the other credit, collections and telemarketing companies are doing.  Its an automated dialer system calling you.  The system costs millions of dollars and its a benefit to have one when marketing a company.  It may be annoying but I can guarantee if they are calling you then there is some kind of problem with probably a medical bill.  It is your responsibility as a consumer to become involved in getting your medical bills paid even if it is an issue with an insurance company.  Also, this is one of the largest agencies in the area and they collect for not just UH but almost every hosital in northeast ohio including Cleveland Clinic and all of the smaller hospitals that the clinic has bought, all the old Meridias, southwest, St e's, St joe's and several others including doctors offices and also Keybank.  So dont doubt for a minute they are a very reputable company.

A lady who does give her full name calls asks for me cant pronounce my last name correctly.  Say you are going to want to call me back.  Sounds like a threat to me but here is the catch she never sayd what company she is calling me for.  I never ever will call her back due to that is you cant tell me who you are then guess what i am not going to call you back ever.  And with some of the ignorant comments before about debt.  Try having a chronically ill child yes i am in debt but thats because this country doesnt belive in good heath care.  I cant afford to pay all the medical bills and put food in my childs mouth.  so you know what see what would happen if this was happening to you.  I pay the rest of my bills on time all the time I just dont have an extra couple of grand laying around the house!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

received recording message on my voicemail at work.  called the number back when i scrolled through my caller ID.  when i called the 800 # i got the recording "all representatives are currently assisting other customers" and that is it.  I waited for 2 minutes before hanging up.  I called the billing department at University Hospital and gave them the name of the Revenue collections group and phone number.  The CSR said that they do not use that collections agency, but use First Federal Collections.  I wouldn't pay anything over the phone unless you have a letter or post due bill in hand.
