They are constantly calling my cell phone.

This number calls me almost everyday. If I call them back, no one answers.

I am surprised you can call them back because I always get a "can't be completed as dialed."

Constant calls.  When try to dial number back, get message "The number you have dialed is not in service".

calls-hangs up-I call back and recording says not a number in use.

A woman with a really thick European accent asked to speak to my wife.  When I asked who was calling, she said two words.  I asked her twicw and only made out the second word, Diabetics

I answered and a man called me an A$$hole and hung up.
