SCAM! Refused call went to VM and of course it's the amazing offer of lowering credit card interest scam. As usual I should consider this my final notice. It's been my final notice consistently for 4 years & how weird, I don't carry any debt. After receiving hundreds calls, filing numerous reports, blocking the same hundreds of numbers, along with these forums filled with people talking and filing their own complaints, still no one can or will stop these people. If you don't recognize a number don't pick up. Use the block feature on your phone.

This number was blocked previously, for a credit card scam but today the number came up again in my blocked voicemails and this time I'm pretty sure I've won a cruise! Scam!
