Just got a call from this number. I answered but no one was there. I hung up after a few seconds.

Seems to be a series of numbers, from 217-717- at least 7 ending numbers. They never leave a message.

Got my first and last an hour or so ago.  It held on the whole answering machine message and hung up

Received a call on 05/04/2016 at 07:34 PM.  Voice mail was 5 seconds long but no message.  Caller ID shows, "Springfield IL."

Another # Blocked. This was on 5/4/16 after hours: 7 PM. CT. Must be a $pam or a BS Political thing since it's from Springfield IL. # was on the top & bottom.

Called, didn't answer, no message.  Chicagoland area.  I get a lot of calls through the day and they all seem to be shifting to local numbers.

Received a call from Springfield, IL.  1-217-717-4838. Wasn't home. Don't know anyone in Springfield. If it is Congress people I won't talk to you scum bags.  The only one I would talk to is Governor Rauner. Best Governor ever.  Hang tight and keep working on trying to get a decent budget Governor.  Don't give into all those scum bags of Congress.

A political survey robocall from a Springfield, IL spoofed number asking for personal voting information. Hung up & added to my blocked list.

Finally called this number back after receiving numerous hangups, it's a political polling firm.

What does your rant have to do with this number??? I too would love to speak with Rauner and ask him why he is the WORST governor in Illinois history!

our phone rings 1 time & blocks the call. Well here they are AGAIN! This was Sat: 5/7/16 @ 11:37 AM CT. We think it's a Political BS robo. GO AWAY!

Got call today.  Don't answer if don't know.  No pressure percolating.   See from previous posts someone hopes it is Gov Rauner.  Maybe so.  Maybe he wants to tell us we are the best Illinoisians ever.  Won't hold my air waiting.

Have called twice, never leaves a message. As I don't answer numbers not in my address book, no idea if there was a person or a machine making the call. Blocked now.
