A couple of seconds of slights then a recording saying good bye

Silent then it said a message as I was hanging up

I' ve received a call from this #  silent then hung up said good by then i called back a machine answerd to me to follow some steps...

Same thing, nobody unswered then good bye. If u call there is an answer machine offering a menu that nobody answers. Illinois has a lot of collection phone companies. Maybe they are trying to find somebody.

Bern getting this call for a couple days and there is no one there

Annoying called. Company tried calling from North Carolina number first. A lot of fraud complaints from this company Level 3 Communications LLC.

They tell you something is wrong with you email account. Threatened to shut  your account down

OCC - Echosystem   When I answered there was no one on the other end of the line.  Please stop these unwanted phone calls.

No messages, just silent then hang up.

this number called me everyday no message, I download a phone application on my ipad and I put that number in a job application for online job after that I received millions of calls for different numbers ,

Just got a call from this number. Person asked for me by name and said "I think you interested in work from hime" I said no and told her to remove my number from their call log or i will report them! Then hung up

I keep getting calls from this number, and there is no one on the other end.  When I call back, it disconnects automatically.  I have been receiving about 3 to 4 calls per day from this number & I need it to stop please.

Don't want call again

Three rings, no message.   Typical debt collector.  Caller ID said OCC Echosystem.  Gotta do my research to see who they are.

I called it back and was able to use my phone to be added to their do not call list.

For three days straight I have recieved calls from this number.  Nobody ever says anything when you answer it and the call immediately hangs up.

called repeatedly. Supposedly following up on working from home inquiries online. Never happened. Have asked them to stop calling to no avail.

The call comes in my cell phone which I don't use, but it shows when I turn the phone on.

Sometimes they call on my land line and, as others report, there is a silence, then "good bye".

I clicked on their website since I am looking for jobs to work at home.  Then I got to a place where they want money up front so you can work for them.  I did not enter my credit card information, but had already entered my phone number.  Now they call me 5 times a day with a beep, then a recording saying "good bye".
