I rec a call from this number, no voicemail, upon call back it was busy.

Same as the others, no voicemail. A reverse lookup says it's unidentified in Fairmont, IL.

called here 3x asking for the boss. I sent call to VM and he called back 2 more times.
He started talking in a different language - had no idea what he was saying...breathed heavy into the receiver - omg creepy & rude!
