Uh, the number is connected with the Illinois Department of Revenue; its a phone number for an office which processes state corporate filings.  Not a scam, at least for me, I remember filing my LLC application and charging the fees to my cc.

Yes, this number is being used by the Il Dept of Rev.  I renewed my plates online and this is the third party who does the charging of the payment.

Same - License plate renewal.  Franki is either an idiot or a troll.

It turns out to be the Illinois Secretary of State service we used to buy our car license sticker.  This phone number showed up on our credit card statement with the description "Internet Vehicle".  At first we thought it was an unauthorized charge, but then realized it must have been for the license sticker.

I renewed my IL plates online and this is for that charge.

I saw a charge from this number             on my  bank statement and reported it as fraud

This looked very suspicious to me, however is was from the IL Secretary of State when I opened an LLC.

Fraudulently charged my card as well
