Seems to be a trend...I received a call from this number moments ago, did not answer, but my Truecaller app identified it as "Shane Harris"...beyond that, don't know,  I'm in Tennessee

Received call  @ 2pm. Did not answer & no message left. I'm in NY.

Received a call from this # today at 1:30pm CST.  Did not answer or leave a message.  I am in Missouri.

Called at 3:56pm. Current Caller ID says it's "Shane Harris".  Did not leave a msg.

I just received this call.  It rang once and stopped.  I'm in Tennessee.  

SOS!  They call, no message....  

AKA: Political Scum Telemarketer or Faux Debt Collector trying to trick people into paying debts they do not owe...

It matters not; what counts are they are lower than a flat worm and total scum since good people leave messages and are not so ashamed they are mute to whom they are and what they call about....

Long drop on a short rope is to good for this ilk.

I recommend a tank park on their midsection down so they can thrive on some long slow crushing pain as they think of their low life choice of predatory behavior instead of creating something or fixing something they thrive off tormenting good people!

The recorded message I just got said something about "lowering credit card interest rates" but did not identify the name of the card issuer, which set off alarms for me. I did not press 1 to speak with a live operator and just hung up.

I just got a call from this same number but did not answer it.
After a few minutes I called the number back and got a recording saying this was not a working number.
Now how is it not a working number when I just received a call.  
Don't make since to me.

Got this call, showed Shane Harris as caller, but my droid marked it as "Suspected Spam"...no message left

It's a scam call. I knew it would be so I waited to hear what the "big savings" was this time. This one sounded more like he knew what he was 'talking' about. He even dropped in an "FDIC" in the conversation. He said I was talking to someone in the Interest Savings Department and "they just wanted to make sure I was getting the lowest rate possible based off my good payment history" and that I was eligible for a savings. I asked what card and he said they handle all of them. I knew it was a scam I just wanted to know how he got my number. As soon as I asked he immediately hung up. I tried calling back and like I knew would happen, I got the message saying that the number was incorrect.

Don't fall for it people - he may sound more official but it's still a scam.

I got a call I'm in Texas tried it back said a non working code to check the number

I got a call from this number, the message said something about me having credit card debt, which I don't own any credit cards, and so I chose option #1 as I wanted to speak to a live person to have them remove me from their calling list. This woman answered and asked me if I have over 30k in credit card debt, and I told her no, and how did she get my number, and then she abruptly hung up.

I tried to call the number back and it's disconnected.
