Repeated calls three to five times a week offering to lower interest rates.  I have filed complaint with FCC but no help.
I will file a follow-p complaint.

WARNING--BEWARE!! These callers are   B I G   credit card criminals, known as the card service scammers! Under NO circumstances, give these lowlifes your credit card number, or you will regret it forever!

SCAMMERS:   ID said Out of Area.  It rang approx. 15 times before hanging up.   Did not leave message machine on for them.  JUST ANOTHER  SCAMMER.   Don't know anyone in Minnesota.

The card service scammers   WILL   'service' our credit cards,   BUT,   when they finish 'servicing' them, they will have NO available credit remaining! People that are fooled into having their cards 'serviced' will be charged a MINIMUM of $795.00, and many times the ENTIRE amount remaining on the card. The card service scammers are a disgusting group of degenerates, who prey mainly on the low income, and the elderly, but will cheat anyone that they can!

My husband answered by mistake and was a man with a foreign Indian accent.
Please send them back to their countries.
Tired of all those calls from foreigners.

Nothing against foreigners just to the telemarketers.  Mostly they do not how to talk in English and are always trying to get your credit card information.

Some one make an arrest these people who are making those type of phone calls.

Most likely these people are not even in this country. Do not answer any number you do not recognize. Our number was spoofed last year,as well as 2 of our neighbors. I found this out because I called myself! Our phone number and name popped up on our caller I.d. We get a call from the above number everyday at about the same time. My call blocker is already filled up!!

Constant calls from this number.  The one time I did answer, was told they could lower my interest on credit cards.  Responded with I have no credit cards and requested no more calls, which has been ignored.  There has to be some way that these calls can be traced and a stop.

Received auto call to lower my CC interest. I pressed I to talk to a real person. I started to tell them not to call anymore and the person immediately hung up. They call from several numbers. Consumer Services.

Scammer re lower rates. Calling 5-6 times a week using different numbers. I HATE THEM!!!

Received a call from this number at about noon.  Came through on cellphone and interference caused it to break up.  I managed to hear the robocall at "... be aware that this is your last notice."  I searched the number and found this.  I tried calling the number back and, of course, simply received a message that said it's not set up for receiving calls but I could leave a message.  Sure sign of scam.

They're relentless!  On and off they call my number and I don't answer, but did once and know they're trying to get your credit card info, so I wait until the phone quits and immediately block their calls on both my cell and home phones!  They get a message that I'm not accepting calls from them, but I do NOT hear the phone ring!!  ;-)

I'll call and start wasting your time when i get your personal phone number i"m on the dnc list i"m telling you right now get yourself a real job you *** ****** and i call and try to scam you with inst rates for criad cards if you don't want me to call you then you don't call me you ****** *******

Pushed "1" to tell them not to call any more. They responded with "Oh my God, then don't 'F' ing answer the phone", and hung up.

Robo call from Bridgette from Credit Card Services.  When I gave the person who picked up my call bogus info, he called me a b . . . h, and told me to stop wasting his time.  HIS TIME?  I get a call like this every day!!!!

Had a call from these bonzo's today just after lunch time. I just answered and immediately hung up.
I'm homebound, handicapped and don't need this grief!

These criminals actually left their fake rate lowering message on the answering machine.  Same number as above.  No name of company on Caller I.D. and none given in the message.  Obviously we will NOT be speaking to them at all -- never even answer our phone unless we KNOW the name or phone number of the caller via Caller I.D.

Well, looks like they got a brand new number to spoof. Whoopee.
