Answered call to hear recording about getting a low interest on my credit card. Not from my bank but probably some scammer. When I pressed 9 to speak to someone to ask about getting taking of the list, the man hung up on me. Tried calling back to get a message that it's not a working number.

Received call from this number. The message said "wrong extension "

Got a call on my cell phone.  Did not leave message

They called I answered and then they hung up. Getting blocked!

Missed call today. No vm. No vm = automatic block.

Received a call from this number in Duluth, MN, on my cell.  I'm located in Northern CA.  They did not leave a message.

received a call from this number (218-301-9661) from "Joan" who was "calling about my credit card" and wanted to "let me know about some benefits" available on my card.
I thought this was illegal

I too just got the call about lowering interest rate on a supposed credit card only problem is I do not have any!!! I pressed 9 to talk to a live customer support person and they hung up on me I have had these calls several times on my home phone and my cell as well as my husbands cell. we DO NOT HAVE ANY CREDIT CARDS so yeah

I played along with the rep who so called has my card on file but yet asked me for my number. I said how about you tell me and I'll verify if it is correct. She got angry so I laughed

Called my cell at 2:45 PM on 4/13/2016. Caller not in my contact list so I didn't answer. Caller ID said they were calling from Grand Rapids, MN. Number is now blocked.

This number is from scammers.  They try to offer lower interest rates.  CC companies do not call you to solicit lowering the interest rate!  Call blocked.  I wish someone could legally shut down companies like this.
