what is this call ? they call every other day with the message that this is by last chance about my credit card. then put mon hold. Stop calling

I pressed 1 just to see where it would go and request their Do Not Call Policy which they're required to provide by request at no cost to the consumer.  When the man said, "Are you responding to our offer to lower our credit?" I replied, "Uh, no, you were calling me."  I guess he didn't like my response, because then he hung up.  I called back immediately.  Goes to an automated message saying that the person you have called is unavailable, please try again later.

I use a dollar store air horn on those kind of calls. We can make them all regret they continue to call.

This is just one of many such calls, and even those who have a "do not call" number continue to harass.

Stop calling 302-328-3548. That number is in the National Do Not Call List and the next call I receive I will report it as a violation.

I have received four calls from 219-306-6077, I stopped answering after the first call, the other three never leaves a message.

This is an attempt to steel Credit Card Numbers.

Just received call from same clowns. First major problem is companies that allow these scum of the earth to keep having phones. Second problem is useless government workers being paid to apparently do nothing. Some of the complaints against numbers have gone on for years with no action from the carrier or the government offices paid to police this crap!

I am tired of getting multiple phone calls from these scumbags! They call my cell phone and my home phone. If there is any way to stop these calls I would gladly do it!!

Me, too - twice today. Evidently, Do Not Call registries mean nothing. I don't answer it - but my phone is in my house and not public, so why do I have to receive calls I don't want? Why do any of us have to?

Lets pretend that our overburdened and understaffed law enforcement agencies are out there looking for even more work that they cannot get to do. Neither the FTC or the FCC takes any action to these offenders and they know it and go on making illegal calls with immunity. The no-call-list is just a political farce!

This is a not so clever way to get around the "Do Not Call List"  By the caller enticing you to press one, you have initiated the call, NOT THEM.  They are instructed not to give out information and when you press them for where they are or what company, they hang up.  
    As this is a form of harassment,  I would encourage you to write your Congressman and insist on patching this loop-hole in the Do-Not-Call law.
