I keep receiving calls from this phone #.  I tried calling them back several months ago, but the lady I spoke with was very rude and unprofessional. She yelled and said we could clear up the matter if I simply gave her my SS#.  I told her I would not give my SS# over the phone. She yelled again and told me she would continue to call regularly until I gave her the info she needed.   Now when I see the number on caller ID approx. every month, I don't bother to answer.  My credit score is 812 and do not have any debts. Never have.  I don't know why they keep calling me and harassing me. I do have an attorney and would like to consult on how to handle.  It would be easy to clear up, but from the way the lady spoke to me when I returned the call, I decided not to go this route. This is not a good way to resolve matters. My first and last name are very common names and I think perhaps they have the wrong person, but it was so stressful trying to clear up the first time so why try and second time around? What should I do?

You can file a complaint to the FTC. Which I have. They have sent me a response with a file #
Now I'm going to send this 800# to the Donotcall.gov.

I lost my job ----- I have a lot of debt ----- I'm stressed out----- I hate not being able to pay what I owe----I will pay my debt as soon as I can ----I write each of my bills on a piece of paper and I put them in a hat and draw out the lucky one that will get paid each month---- If they don't stop calling I'm going to stop putting their name in the hat..................LOL.....I lost my job but not my sense of humor...
