Got a message from this number saying I had entered a "drawering" for a car and that I was a finalist. They just needed to "verify some information." I have no recollection of entering anything and they didn't call me by name in the message. Scam or someone fishing I would say. Also see comments for phone number 877-346-0440, the number I was told to call back.

I got the message from this call today March 8/2011
same scam, a woman told me I won a prize and she  "just  need to verify some information" when I asked what is she reffering to she sais that I won the price from drawing .. I asked what drawing

she said that we filled a drawing during holdays and when I said when was it filled she said
that they have boxes around the malls..

okay, so we never fill our info, let alone around the malls :)
besides the name she called me by was "Ocelta' and she tried to pronounce in funny many ways trying to see if I will say my real name.. good luck.

Got a voicemail from Lacey on 03/30/11 at 2pm. Probably same woman...sounded black... that couldn't pronounce "drawering." She said "one of you enertered a drawering in the Holiday Bash" and won one a vehicle or one of the top prizes.

Then she said that due to the value of the prize, there is a deadline. I am supposed to call 877-346-0440 for verification.

Sounds like fun, if I have 28 hours in a day to spend on scams.

I agree. Not sure what the point of that statement was but anyway.

I received the same call from the same female, Lucy, with the same details on 5/5/2011.

No Holiday Bash drawing entries here. Definately a scam.

Got the same call from 'Lacey"??? but sounds like the same person.  She phoned my cell phone.  Now I know I didn't fill out anything and give my cell number because I just don't do it.  It's got to be a random dial thing for the area in which they are trying to market their product.  Same line about filling out some type form for a giveaway. 32" TV, $2500 cash, vacation for two and big prize a car or $25,000!  Just got to go to 100 East Granada Ave. in Ormond Beach, FL and listen to a 90 minute presentation to claim the prize!  She said the company's name was Accumen, a California based company who does travel, entertainment promotions.  All you have to do is to listen to them "bragg about themselves" for the 90 minutes and answer the questions correctly!  What questions?? Any rate, good luck to anyone who goes for this type sales technique any more.  She said I have to phone her back to confirm a time and day to attend and both my husband and I have to go.  Definitely NOT!
