Robo call re better credit card rates.  Took option 1 to speak to rep, who told me that because of paying on time, I was eligible for a better rate.  I asked him how he could say that when he didn't even know who I was (this is a business).  While he fumbled for an answer, I told him that robo-calls are illegal in California.  He said they were not, but then abruptly hung up when I asked for the name of his company.

Received call.  Did not answer.  Did not leave message.

Missed call, no voicemail was left.

Robo call offering to lower my credit card rate to 6%. Say hello to Mr. Block File.

Spoofed call from a major slimmer scammer. Identified as "Survey." Criminal lawbreaker needs prison time to cure his aversion toward breaking the law. Call offers to lower credit card rates.

I received a phone call from 224-206-5329, I was at work and didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer.  There was no message left, when I got home I looked up the number and found messages from other people who've received calls from this number, and i didn't like what I saw. I'm also on the DO NOT CALL list so they shouldn't have been able to get through.

Stupid lying snail people. Who lie. Not answer.

received a phone call from this number.  left no message. i am also on the do not call list - these individuals should be reported for blatently ignoring the law

"Heather from credit card services" scam call.  Phone number now blocked.

Do not answer unknown numbers, they left no msg. Other sites reporting this as a credit card rate scam.

Just called me, nothing on voicemail. Blocked.

Received call @ 0830 hrs but didn't answer. Have some fun with these guys next  time. When you get those credit card ads in the mail, save the fake credit card and give the CC number it to the callers. It takes about 10 minutes before they figure out its a phony and they get pissed. I laugh and hang up. Try it !!

I answered the phone - they immediately launched into what they were going to do for me on my interest rate on my card. He was foreign and I could barely understand what he was saying. Then he asked for my expiration date on my card...uh No. Then he asked for the first 4 digits of the card...uh No. Was escalated to a supervisor that was also foreign and I asked the last four digits of the card they were referring to and he told me he could not tell me that. BEWARE!!!!!

The really crazy thing is that I don't own ANY credit cards!!!

Got call on cell phone at work.  Do not answer unknown callers and no message left.  I am on the do not call list for both the cell and landline.  From reviewing previous complaints, I see this is an offer to lower credit card rates.  I do not have a credit card!

Calls & hangs up.
Go back to your country where you scam your own ppl.
