It's from the American Laser Skincare chains.  Even if you called and no one picked up so you hang up, they have your number on file and will continuously call you relentlessly.

Yup! Nailed it. And THEY WILL NOT STOP. If they are calling your cell...save number and in your phone settings block the call because they WILL NOT STOP!! Ridiculous!
