Called our office.  People were talking in the background.  Male voice said, "Just make bank, just make bank baby." and hung up.

A guy called and said", Well if this isn't the hardest working woman on Drake." I said,"How can I help you?" ..even though I know at this point this is a sales call.  He said,"Is the doctor in?" (there are no doctors where I work.) I said,"Please removed me from whatever list I am on." and then I hung up.  HE CALLED ME BACK!...and started harrassing me lying to me that he was referred to my office by his father who supposedly came to me 3 years ago and that he wanted an apology!  I was not yet in business 3 years ago!!  He then began to call me names until I just hung up again.  If anyone has any information on what company this is or who this person is please let me know so that I can properly report their extremely inappropriate behavior!

they are a ad company trying to get ads for your local AM raido station. the guy is a D@&* head. says that we help out in the past for there Drunk driving ads last year (wich i naver did) and then keeps makeing jokes about off the topic things. told them i not paying for anything right now its winter and i am a summer only bussiness. would next let me go will prob call back again tomorrow last year they did call cuz i reamber the guy but they called from a diferent number. (must change it ever year since they pis so my ppl off) they waht $546.00 for a week on the air 1 ad a day for 5 days not worth it for $546 i can me on a FM station during rush hour for 5 days 3 times a day ad 50,000 ppl will hear it. dont do it and reamber its on AM raido not WORTH THE PRICE

They originally called with a pre-fab radio ad taylored for my company to "sponsor" drunk driving prevention.  Wanted payment up front.  I said no and wanted to be billed.  Follow up call from Carrie confirming details and reading an ad similar to the first guy.  I asked for an email of the radio ad so I could review and edit content... they were not willing to do that saying it was already firm in contract.  I said it couldn't be since I would never pay to have a haphazard ad put on the air without approving it.

First guy calls back asking what's going on... I said terms changed and I want everything in writing before agreeing.  Now my ad was to be aired between 7&8 in the evening... that's not during the morning or afternoon drive.

All those facts changing and reluctance to give me anything in writing add up to a scam.  BE CAREFUL!

Guy used the same line of Hardest working girl in Ft. Collins (I'm not even in that town) and then asked if the boss was in. I asked what I could help him with and he told me his dad refered him and he had spoken with the boss man last Monday and needed to talk to him.  I told him that I was the only one available and he hung up.

This Guy  is from a radio advertizing , and he will never stop calling and only wants to speak to a specific person in your business, in my case my Husband. and he is never around whenever this guy calls me, so if I say he isnt  here, I get ung up on, this dude is rude!. Dont give him any of your money, because we did this campain once and he couldnt even prove where and who the money went to. SUCK!

This guy called with the same line of "your the hardest working guy in Chicago" and I had this call before asking to advertise on the radio for a drunk driving campaign.  When I called him out on the fact that I had no intention of advertising he said he was referred by his father.  When I asked who he was, he said he must have the wrong number and hung up.

2-22-12 called wanting me to advertise on a local station for drunk driving wanted me to pay up front said i would get the agreement in the mail could not e mail or fax it to me. i was reluctant also because it is not local.

Called and said "you must be the hardest working gal around" Then when I asked him who he was he just hung up!

Any one know a number to call this company. They said they work for the score, they don't.

Tried to sell me a radio ad. I tried to be polite, said 'no thanks'. He asked why not, when I started to answer he hung up on me.

Harassed me to find the owner of our company, when asked to provide a name they didn't have one. He stalled for a while before telling me that he was from a community program to help prevent drunk driving. When I asked him if he could send us anything to see he got frustrated and hung up. This probably isn't legit if they won't send anything or refer us to a website or state an organization name.

Just hangs up. I called back and phone does not even ring.

Same thing, dude called and said "you must be the hardest working girl in..."  I have done advertising with a local radio station, and I've heard my ad on the station, but when it was legit, it didn't sound like this guy.

I own a couple of radio stations and we have used this company for nearly 15 years with very few complaints.  That being said there are always new salespeople who usually don't last very long with an attitude.  The best way to handle this type of call is to make sure you have the name of the radio station they are calling for.  Write it down.  Get the salespersons' name (if possible).  Then call the local radio station directly and ask to speak to the general manager or owner.  While I do not like getting these calls, I NEED to hear them.  I need to know how my station is be represented or more to the point, mis-represented.  Then I (or your local owner or manager) can call this company directly.  They WILL talk to me and they WILL get your name off the calling list if they want to make money from my airtime.  There are plenty of companies out there (I use 4 of themall the time) and if one gets abusive they don't represent me anymore.  That's only happened to one company and it doesn't exist anymore.  The majority of these companies are in the Chicago Metro area.  Throw them a loop and ask them how's the weather in Chicago today.

Call the local radio station he said he represented.  Ask for the manager or owner, tell that person that  National Telerep Marketing is bothering you and you want it stopped.  It will stop if NTM wants to keep making money off the stations' available airtime.

Idenitifed himself as Lt. Cmdr John Glenn to speak with the owner of the company (named him personally).  I was busy and had been in a Tech support line que for some time and could not take the time to discern who/what he represented.  Caller ID id'd the company as NTMS but when re-dialing the phone number, it has been busy all afternoon.

"yeah, im the hardest working gal in Colorado and you're about to find out hard I work".  you're not getting past me! ok, so i took a couple of minutes to have a little fun at this guys expense, to reassure him I AM THE HARDEST WORKING GAL IN COLORADO.

Wow. I'm surprised how sales people think being a jerk is the way to go. Also, what a phony. And he rudely talked over me. When I repeatedly said this is definitely not of interest to our company and won't benefit us at all, he questioned me asking - Oh...so you are just not interested in supporting Chicago? His statement didn't even make sense. It seemed like a joke- I thought I was on a radio show where they call you and see how you react.

They called and got the boss while he was on roof.  Selling advertising for local radio stations called "Salute the Troops".  The boss said to send more information about the advertising, but instead we received a bill.  They record your phone call so if you say - yes, ok, or any positive response you are on the hook.  Had to pay the bill because he said he was interested in more infomation.  Rip off artists.  We dont even know if the ad was aired.  No way to verify. Beware!!!!!
