Treated fairly and professionally huh? What is professional about calling 7 times a day?? Not my fault you guys were dumb enough to buy a debt from 1999! LOL. Find the nearest rooftop and jump.

got a call from this # at my office. answered - nothing. Judging from posts above, have no idea why they would be calling me with any LEGITIMATE business, since I don't have any such loans. Sounds like another scam.

Okay, if y'all say ur from that Apax Financial Call & Debt Collector, why don't y'all leave a message. Ur calling my number like crazy but "NO MESSAGE"......  I don't have loans from no where yet.

They kept calling without having any idea who the receiver is.  Annoying.  I kept asking them put my number on the do not call list.  They still repeating to contact me.  Pretty rude...

No caller ID no msg multiple calls

I don't now or ever have had any dealings with this company, Houston Financial Services.  I keep getting repeated calls from this number looking for a Vanessa Beckler.  It says to hang up if you are not this person, which I have done numerous times and I keep getting calls.  Today I stayed on the call to see if I could speak to someone and it is just a loop that keeps giving the same information.Caller: Houston Financial Services

Called the number back and told them to take my name and number off their calling list and she asked for my social security number.  Since I wouldn't give it to her she said I would receive phone calls every day.  I have no loans with this company and am very good about monitoring my credit so I am still unsure why I am receiving the phone call.

I actually called my cell phone provider and had them block the number.

They called me, I answered and no one was there then they hung up.

Got a call from this number and answered and no one would say anything. I said hello a couple times then they hung up on me.  I called it back and got a message saying the voicemail box was full.  I decided to look the number up because I don't know any one in Illinois.  If it is a debt collector like everyone above is saying, then they need to say something!! Very rude to ignore a person when they answer!!!

I get a call from this number daily and when i answer no one says anything and when I don't answer no one leaves a voicemail.

Call the number (224) 935-9046 and 9047 back and they removed my phone number from their list immediately. It is simple.

Halsted financial services they are posing as debt collectors and lawyers do not answer phone block their number do not call them back!!

Whoever that concerned person has been smoking crack way too long

Got a call from this # with an automated message saying that they were looking for Jamie Dawn Sklar and that if I was not her to hang up. I hung up and then called them back. As soon as I told them that I was not Jamie and did not know her they removed my number from their list and apologized for the inconvenience. Hopefully this will stop the calls.
I get calls ALL the time for for this person and I have had this phone # for 3 yrs. She is still giving her old phone # to current debt collectors. Is there something I can do against her for this harrassment? She lives in the same town as I do.
