I believe this is a phone scam, if you call it back i believe they charge you for an expensive phone call.

Called x3 , said from LA Calif

Have seen this number on my caller ID 4 times now in the last few days.  My ID identifies the number as ICF ... anybody know what ICF is?  Once they stayed on long enough for voicemail to pick up ... and you guessed it ... crickets, please ... silence!  Most phone look-up services say the number originates in Baton Rouge, LA

Got a call that I wasn't sure who it was.  Wasn't sure if it was a scam.  

Multiple calls. Rings twice, no one there. Try to call number back and it doesn't ring or give busy signal, just disconnects. Call is coming from Louisiana.

Received a call from this number and I would like to know who is calling me .

The caller, who sounded like an older woman, claimed to be conducting a half hour health survey of city residents. The caller ID code does not match any city area code. They have called on two consecutive days.

I believe these calls may originate from one of the dayrooms at the Louisiana State Prison. Don't answer, and don't return it.

This number claims to be an affiliate of the Center for Disease Control, and keep calling my underage son about his current medial condition, which is perfectly healthy. His number is not posted on anything, and has not been given out. It's very irritating.

Wanted to speak with my wife but refused to identify herself or the company.

claimed to be calling re IRS appeals process and wanted to ask some questions.  Told her wasn't participating and I hung up.

The same thing just happened to me.

Caller claimed to be from the IRS..watch out..they are a scam!!

Caller identified on my caller ID as ICF located in Baton Rouge, LA - phone 225.300.9408, calls every day, sometimes at night. Will not leave message. I picked up once and told them to stop calling me. There was just silence. They still keep calling. I tried using my call blocking which didn't work. I am on the national Do Not Call List.

Keeps calling everyday. Caller id says ICF. When number called back call doesn't go through  think it is a scam on the elderly.

They've called before wanting to do a survey and I told them I didn't have time. Today they (female voice) claimed to be calling on behalf of the fishing industry, important  to this town,.They asked if anyone in this household fishes, how many people live in the household, and was I a permanent  resident.  I like the suggestion of not answering calls from unknown numbers.

HAVE received this call a number of times in the last week.  no msg left. when tried calling back, phone on other does not ring.  dead air.

ICF called. Said they were calling about a brief survey. Started asking questions immediately - yes or no questions.  When I asked who ICF was, the female voice had to ask someone else, and could not answer, and did not seem to know. That is when I got scared and decided it was a scam!! Hung up immediately and reported the # as a scam!!  It was from a Baton Rouge, LA #/ .   THis is a scam and should hang up immediately if you do not know or if it is a scam . Find these people and shut down ASAP!!!

Repeated calls from these obnoxious scam artists pretending to be taking a 'survey'.
