Tried calling this number right back, it says number is no longer in service! This is a scam!

It's a collections company looking for the woman who had my cell phone number prior to me (I've had it since Mar 2012 and people still call for her).  I put them on my call blocker app, so they'll go directly to voicemail from here on out.
