Been receiving multiple phone calls from "Microsoft Tech Support" telling me my computer has reported it is infected with a number of viruses, malware, etc. They tried to convince me my computer is not running at normal speed and they could fix it if I only gave them remote access to my computer. Being a  computer geek I starting questioning them on how my computer is reporting these problems and they had a good line. When I told them I would not give remote access but would fix the problems manually with their help. They started working with me and in the middle of the issue they tried a run around that would give them remote access but it didn't work. These "Techs" have a middle eastern accent.

Been receiving multiple phone calls from "Microsoft Tech Support" telling me my computer has reported it is infected with a number of viruses, malware, etc. They have called several times today from different numbers:
240-555-0112, 617-555-0147, 613-555-0146 and 228-555-0111

I have received countless phone calls from these people. Turns out they are Pakistani.  Also admitted it is a phishing scam. They informed me that Americans were stupid and they hated us. Then he wanted me to participate in some sort of Western Union scam. How about we send them a few more billion to harbor the likes of Usama bin Laden?

phone calls from this number-say directory assistance-no messages yet

228 was one of the few area codes that we did not have blocked - but they are BLOCKED NOW!
                                                  Ha!
They called at 9:59am - I didn't answer mostly due to their absolutely stupid spoofed phone number.
If you are going to try to "get" me, you've got to be smarter than that...
228 is a Mississippi area code.

Received several calls, haven't answered yet.  228 555 0111 MS

Call came in at 3:40 PM. I did not answer. Listed as Directory Assistance ....

Tired of these calls.

Did not answer

These "Microsoft Tech Support" are really Indian Sander who want the money to support their "cause".

They called my land line.  They left was some convoluted message that was unintelligible, in what sounded like a British accent.  Just another nuisance.....  Caller ID read "MISSISSIPPI".

They called and left a message. Said there were warrents out for my name and social but didn't say the name. I've never been in missiouri or near there. Definitely. Scam

Got a call saying there is a federal investigation by the IRS against me and that if I did not call a number which I was not able to take down that I would be arrested for fraud.   It was definitely a foreign accent.   I did not say anything besides Hello and hang up.

Tired of these phony calls in the day and at night especially!!!!...The Do Not Call Lists does not work !!!!

Have received numerous calls today.  Different area codes each time, but the exchange is always 555.  I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize, and no messages have been left.
