Left no message - when called back got message that mailbox was full. Don't know who called.

Left no message.  Didn't bother calling back.

Timeshare marketing company named VIP Pro Travel.  They were offering a five night stay at the Ocean Spa Cancun resort with air travel included.  Sounded to good to be true so I passed on the offer.

 Do not know who, don't care. They are blocked.

No message, just a computer blip after 10 seconds and hangs up

Called said debit card was blocked didnt even say which bank. Hung up on them.

Multiple calls over past 2 weeks. Caller ID = "Unknown Name". Leaves 10 sec silence and no message. Calling them = Full message box. Took 3 answered calls before THEY picked up THEIR call to ME.

Allegedly, they are "Pro VIP Travel" located in Orlando, FL. Identified me by Name and the fact that I own a timeshare. Offering a "free" trip & vacation... Whatever... The ESL Hispanic woman who answered had only been working there 2 days and could not answer any of my questions regarding their legitimacy. I.e. Why Caller ID = "Unknown Name"? Why message box full? Why no listing via Google search? Why no listing with BBB in Central Florida? How they got my Name/Info?, What is their web address? etc.

She offered to refer me to a supervisor for those answers. I accepted, HOWEVER, the phone hung up on me ~ 20 seconds later. Smell = Scam/Phis or other "need a VICTIM, tag you're it!" deal.

My timeshare folks have no knowledge of them folks at all. Suggested they may have gotten my information from public records entries (apparently timeshares are recorded as real estate transactions).

From <<http://www.whitepages.com/phone/>> their phone provider is "Level 3 Communications VOIP in Albany, GA" <<Level3.com>>. I filled out the Level(3) online contact form and got a phone response from them in Minnesota: "Sorry, this is a BUSINESS Sales Office only, you have to contaact their "Abuse Department" via <<Abuse@Level3.com>>". I have done so with a reminder that Sales/Scam RoboCalls to National DoNot CallList numbers are ILLEGAL. I have also filed a complaint with the FTC: <<https://www.donotcall.gov/>>

Hey are a legit company, my parents have a timeshare in Orlando through them and have stayed with them.  Pro VIP Travel 1-866-670-2836 is the number I have on my paperwork from my mom.
