Constantly called and never speaks

They have called 5 times over the past 3 days. Robot message that sounded like they were trying to claim to be from IRS the one time I answered.

Never speaks calls at least twice daily

They call twice a day. When I don't answer, a robot leaves voicemails asking for someone named Angela (not me), and when I do answer, no one speaks. When I call back to try to tell them to stop calling, the phone rings endlessly until I give up.

Automated message called on my work phone for someone who isn't employed here. Listened to the message and then sat on hold for over 10 mins to speak with someone to let them know there is no one employed here by that name

My son was missing and I started receivingcalls from this number. It turns out that my son was in a jail in another part of Georgia. When I return call to this number they told me it was a prison In Illinois and hung up. now they just call and hang up.

They call and just sit on the phone And will not say anything That's phone harassment.

This number calls my phone several times a day and hangs up when I answer.

I think it may be Halsted Financial which is a 3rd party debt collection company and who have some questionable collection tactics (if you google them). They use a local area code, but they are actually out of the Chicago area.  They called me regarding a hospital bill that I had paid last year.  They use several numbers: 231-3186, 231-3182, 231-3187, 231-3183 (all with my SW Georgia area code of 229).  These are the numbers they have contacted me from.  When I try to call them back it is always busy. They will not mail anything, only email the amount you owe and how to pay it.

Call every week in the evening.  I never answer but they conti ue to call and never leave a message.

They called me twice by the number 229299 only today. I picked up and they never say a thing and hang up. The thing is, I'm not even from the US.
