I declined the call. Didn't recognize it.

I received a call from this number this afternoon and declined the call.  I didnt recognize it.

I just got one from the same number....They didn't leave a message so I blocked them.....I pretty it is some solicitation company

Just got a call from this number. Some scam regarding lowering student loan interest and payments through a "government program". Oh well, just another number to add to the block list. That list is growing pretty fast. There must be something that can be done. Reporting the numbers to donotcall.gov does not seem to be doing anything.

Received a call today no one answered when I picked it up.  On my cell.  Called number back said it was disconnected.   SCAM. They must buy lists of names.  I don't even have a student loan or never had one. . What a joke. Blocked the number.   Nuisance.

Not only a scam, but a pathetic and gross one.  Starts out as a credit card scheme and turns even worse.  This is worth police investigation.  

CAUTION! You should never call back any number you don't recognize. There is a scam that forwards your call out of the country to a very expensive number that plays elevator music for you. This number, if you listen to the recorded message, is simply the good old card member services scam which will try to get you to give them your credit card number which is something else you should never do!

I took the call because I ha e been harassed by them for a year.They say I qualify to have my interest rate lowered on my cards.I have played with them and I think they know I am trying to trap them and they get credit for someone answering.When I  have said hello they hang up.Today she answered but was very skittish and then quickly said she will mail me the info.but didn't ask my address and she hung up.I asked them a couple of weeks ago to give.me their number so I could call right back and verify who was calling.She said she didn't have that info.and argued a out it and then just

I am tired of being contacted by them.  They are spammers and liars.  They have a recording call me to say I qualified for lower interest on a credit card.  I don't have a credit card!

Once a day now, keep blocking they keep coming back on another number, just like coach roaches, never can seem to get rid of them. My block list just keeps getting more and more numbers, i don't know if there is a limit on the number of blocks i can have, but i'm sure i'll find out if there is one.  If they were legit they would have done their research and found out that I filed bankruptcy last year,  

Another call claiming they can lower my credit card interest rate. Told them I never carry a balance and they hung up. Another number I get at the same time every day. I'd like to choke them. Very annoying.

Discussed options with them, then when I pushed them a bit they cussed, said awful things, then hung up.  TOTAL SCAM!!

"Rachel from Cardholder Services" spam. Hung up immediately when I asked to be removed.

Called today and did not answer.  My first from this number.  I've been keeping track of these numbers over the past few months since I have been deluged with these calls  (even though I do not answer the vast majority of these calls).  They have come from more than 30 different numbers and almost as many states.  Interesting how these scammers commandeer these numbers.  It's hard to believe that - other than just blocking the numbers - it does not appear that anything is being done about this.  Of course, I'm not sure how you stop this type of illegal random calling scheme. This 'robocall' problem appears to be epidemic; it's hard to find anyone who has not been harassed by this thing!

Been nice to not have these scammers call for the last 2 weeks. But today they started again. Rachel from card services. Wish these [***] would go away!
