For a few months I have been missing calls from this number.  It rings once and then disconnects immediately.  I have never been able to answer before the call ends but I tried calling the number back one time and it just rang until I hung up after a minute or two.  There has never been a voice mail and the time of day varies when the call comes in.

I had two missed calls from this number. One at 12 pm and then another at 3:30 pm. I called back and got the voicemail. It is a telemarketer and their inbox is conveniently full so that you cannot leave a message.

5 times today recieved call from number.  no one on the other end

Have received two calls from this number in the past week..one ring, hang up...think I will report them to the phone company and let them deal with the problem.

Called this number back after they didn't leave a message.  The recording said, "we are calling on behalf of your local newspaper."  I don't subscribe to a newspaper so they are calling to over me a subscription I imagine.

I've received several calls from this number and they're usually late in the evening. I don't pick them up and they don't leave a message. My caller ID says it's from Circulation Inc.

Numerous calls from this number over the last few months.  Called them back today and found out that they are trying to get me to buy a newspaper subscription.  Filed a complaint, because I'm on the federal (and state, for that matter) Do Not Call registry.

The name of the company in question is Circulations Inc.  They claim to be calling on behalf of "your local newspaper" of which we do not subscribe in this household.  When you call them back, their voice mailbox is conveniently full.  As our home number here is listed in the National Do Not Call List, I will be filing a complaint on the site www.donotcall.gov and see where it goes from there.  For anyone who wants to know, a reverse look up of the number shows the owners to be the following two people:

Kiwanis S. Green, 1607 Gardner Dr. Albany, GA 31705 and
Lawanda Harvey, 422 W. Tift Ave. Albany, GA 31701.

This is totally ridiculous! I was able to leave several messages a couple of weeks ago which I requested to remove my number from their call list but I refused to leave any other information as I do not trust this to be a legitimate company. My local newspaper do not solicit via telemarketing for subscriptions and if this company was trying to gain more subscriptions then why do they hang up before you can even answer the phone! They had stop calling me a few months back but has started again with two calls ever other day. I will be reporting them as I stated to them on their voicemail and they continue to call me.

i just got a call from these people, and just reported them to the donotcall website.

Have received several calls from this #, they don't leave a message. I'm not surprised that it's a newspaper circulation business. We get calls from several different #'s that are "newspaper sales". Also, I don't think it does any good to be on the No Call List. We're on the list and we get all types of calls. It does no good to report them. I have a question. Why are some of you calling these numbers back? You're indicating to them you're interested in what they have to offer.

I've been ignoring calls from that number for months but today I answered and no one was there. I called back and told the party that answered I was on the "Do Not Call" list and was going to make a complaint. She verified my number and said they would remove me from the computer calling list.

This is a company trying to sell subscripts to newspapaers.
I had subscript dropped it and began getting calls from this number...
They call a couple times a month..

I keep getting calls from this # 229-335-2169, How can I stop it? I am a handicap 74 year old lady and I have more to do than answer a ringing phone that never answers when I say "hello'. Please help me and thanks.

DO NOT CALL

Received several calls various times over several weeks.  No message left.  Hangs up when answered.  ID says Circulations, Inc.  Donotcal.gov does work if we do our part to report.  Make sure you are on the do not call list.  No use to make report if you are not on.  Advise to check periodically to make sure you haven't dropped off list for some reason.  (There is a time limit and you have to relist) Violators should be fined if we make a complaint.  Enough complaints and maybe they will finally.

I just had my number changed 2 weeks ago when I switched cable companies.  Would you believe I am getting calls and when I answer there is no one there or it is a recording with a special message for  "Billy" and I AM NOT BILLY.
Why don't these "people" get a life ???

Received many calls from this number and at no time has a voice message been left regarding.  Also, when receiving a call from this number, it disconects before I can even answer the call.  I'll be reporting this number to the FCC as I'm tired of receiving these dead calls.

I have been getting several calls, despite me personally asking them to remove me, they still continue to call.  I have been registered with donotcall.gov for years.  The only way to get them to stop is to file a complaint with the "do not call" registry.  Good luck.
