keeps calling a Do Not Call Phone Number, doesn't leave a message

The name of the company or business, (this is what came up on my caller Id) is called Circullation INC.  They asked if I wanted to receive a subscription for frequent deliveries from my local community news paper.....

All the calls are hang ups when I answer.  Happens about 3 times a week.

I have been receiving calls and they hang up or no one is there for about 3 weeks.  Today, I talked with a person, asking if I wanted to subscribe to the Virginia Pilot newspaper.

We get a call a day from 229-435-2170 showing "Circulation Inc" on the ID.
How do we report them or get us off their list?

getting calls from 229-435-2170. i told them i dont want subscription to the virginian pilot but the keep calling back. how do i get my number off their list?

Keeps calling but no one is there.

I have received three calls from this number--rings two times, no one there, and leaves no message.  My cell is on the national "do not call" registry.  I am going to report this number if the calls doesn't stop!!

ive received 3 calls in 2 days from this number. i picked up the second time and a sales person for the virginian piolt tried to sell me a newspaper subscription. i asked to be put on the do not call list. an hour later i received another incoming call from the same number and did not pick up.

Three calls in less than 24 hours from this number. Did not answer any of them.

I emailed VA Pilot to remove me from their call list and the calls are still coming through.

they did not contact you first so dont call
specially the ones out of your state

I am on do not call list. Who are these people. They never leave a message. I do not know who they are , so, I do not answer.

They have been calling me for two weeks (at least 10 times),  Told them today never to call again.  Found number for them from this site.  No luck calling 229-435-2170 directly.

Called , hung up when they heard my voice. Have been getting many strange calls.

Called @ 2:09pm, 5/13/10- name on caller ID: Circulations IN- assume that is Inc. Left no message. My number is on the "Do not call" list. This is the 5th call from this ID'd company.
