I see the creeps have a new number to be calling from! (They switch their numbers more than some people change their bed sheets!) Anyway, a lady called this time and left a message that seems to not fully record. In the partial message, this lady tells me that I need to call right away or I will "...waive your (my) right and will submit your file, good luck and govern yourself accordingly...".  I guess I only will waive one "right" and who knows where they will submit my file and who knows what is in my "file"? Oh, and to make herself sound even more scary, she has the audacity to tell me to govern myself accordingly? What kind of idiots are these creeps?

These people call every other day, or so, and leave threatening messages. Now they are calling my landline. I actually changed my cell phone number because they were calling me numerous times a day, every day, for about six months. They would call from many different numbers from many different cities across the USA. It was getting funny, actually, because the same people would call me from an eastern state and, then, an hour later, the same person would call me from a western state. Boy, they must have lots of frequent flyer miles! Actually, the numbers they use are spoofed and they are all probably in the same office calling us from out of the country. They have a very misguided sense of US law regarding debt and regarding how law enforcement operates.

Do not pay these creeps any money! They are frauds and they escape prosecution because they are not in this country. If you think paying them will stop the calls, think again. Amazingly, they will find new debts you owe and they will get all the money they can scare you into paying. These low-life, bottom scrapers  prey upon older people or people who are afraid of law enforcement and they must be making a lot of money or they wouldn't keep up the scam. I post on here everytime they call so that I can let as many people as possible know that this is a scam!

I believe the scam starts with them calling you and saying you have applied for a payday loan and that you qualify for a "Gold Level" $1500 loan that they will deposit right into your checking account that day! I have saved about thirty-two such messages since last March and now the threatening calls have started. The first threatening call was from someone saying "...an enforcement action is being brought on you by the US Treasury...". They intersperse this with calls saying I owe a payday loan from many years ago that I need to pay right away. I have never had a payday loan and have never applied for one. Also, the US Treasury does not bring an action on a citizen. The IRS might, but not the US Treasury. In addition, if this were true, you would never be contacted by phone. You would receive registered or certified mail that you would have to sign for. These creeps think they sound threatening and they sometimes succeed in scaring people who are not used to being in trouble with the law. I completely panicked when I received my first call from this outfit. I called my lawyer and the pol;ice immediately. Both the lawyer and the police assured me this was a fraud but it was still terribly scary.

So, DO NOT pay these creeps any of your hard earned money, please!

These creeps just call  and answered "litigations"and said there was warrants for my arrest because I had fraud against me. They thought maybe I just overlooked that I failed to pay them. I've been there done that I know all the games and my husband works for the FBI.  Nice try!

The person said her name is Jacquelyn Kaiser from Mediation Services, left a voice mail stating I have a pending case in their office and wanted my attorney to call them.  Threatened that if I don't call back nor does my attorney call back, she will document that I waive my rights.  She said, "Good Luck and Govern Yourself Accordingly"

What she told you is a LIE!  If there was a case against you, a server would arrive unannounced with a warrant.  By not calling back you are NOT waiving any rights - that is an illegal threat (and the last sentence is a scare tactic)..

Surprise, they called me again today. Now they are calling everyday. Maybe I will start calling them every few minutes and bug the crap out of them! I have a great screaming voice I can use, too. I did that when these creeps called me forever on my cell phone. They would answer and I would just start screaming! I would even call them and leave a long scream on their voice mail. Idiots.

The “govern yourself accordingly”  strikes again!

Scam group.  Ignore these people and block their calls.

Usually starts off by saying there are 2 “complaints” against you.  Or that there are “warrants” against you or that you are going to be arrested. Gives you a spiel meant to frighten you into paying them something and then sometimes ends with the stupid phrase “govern yourself accordingly.”   Sometimes includes threats of arrest. Sometimes they use the phrase  “handle yourself accordingly.”
