Received call on 4/10 @ 8:18pm. Same name on caller id as another number that bugs me. (616-980-2202) Not sure ehat it is but believe it is United Opinion Group.

Received a call at 04:25 p.m. she knew my name and asked for me but the call got disconnected after I asked who she is and what she wants.

I have had multiple calls from this number 231-224-2009, caller ID reads EPIXTAR.  have never answered this call, they do not leave a message.

i recieved a twoo calls from the number. The first time i wasn't home, the second time they calle i answered out of curiosity and a lady who spoke broken english answered and said my name. She offered me a home wal-mart gift card and somemore stuff but i could barely understand what she was saying. So when i told her i didn't understand what she was saying the phone went dead..... This phone call reminded me of one i recived about a week ago and they wanted my account information...sounded like a fraud/scam to me.....been there before and i don't want to go back!!!

Received call from 1-231-224-2009, couldn't understand what woman (I think) said, said my name and she(?) hung up.

Received a call tonight from 231-224-2009.  Caller ID only showed number. Lady with broken english promising a Wal Mart Card she said I won for using one of their affiliates and then tried to sell me a discount subscription to some discount package.  Said she had my card number and would charge a dollar to my card and when I said No and Where did you get my number from the line went dead.  Called back and of course it just rang and rang.

I have received numerous calls from 231-224-2009... There is background noise and all the lady says is "HELLO"... There is never a message left.

Just to follow up on this... The lady did call back it was allegedly from Wal-Mart promoting a $25 gift card (for free) and a shopping club that only costs $1 for the 1st month. All you have to do is charge the $1 to a major credit card... Such a deal...I smell something rotten in Denmark. Did not do it... Hung up the phone and hopefully this is the end of my posts.

I now have had 2 calls from this number. Caller ID  shows Grand Rapids MI. I attempted to return the call both times and there has been no answer.

my husband answered and they said they were from "wal- mart".  THEN hung up.
I don't think so.

caller id said epixtar.  several calls from this # over several days. never answered calls.  no message left on VM.

received several calls from this # 231-224-2009 finally decided to answer and a man with an indian accent asked for me.i spoke to him under a different name,and the man tried to get information from me,and even lied at one point. sounds like total scam dont fall for it

In the last 2 weeks I have received 3 phone calls from this number on my cell phone.  All 3 times I didn't have my cell phone on me but the person calling left no message.  Sounds like some kind of scam based on what other people are saying.

same call here.  this is a scam.  how do i get them to stop calling.

i got call from this number and i heard laughing and it was very annoying.the caller id said"GUARDIAN COMM" don't have a clue who or what is this

this number called the first time and hung up. that was 1/11/2008 or so, and on 1/14/2008 they called. the same scenario as above, woman with broken english said she was calling for "Shopping Essentials" and wanted to get my information to send me a 35 Wal-Mart gift card as their way of saying thank you. I hung up without giving any information.

Received a call from 231-224-2009 today at 5:15 pm CST.  I didn't answer, and they did not leave a message.  I have received several calls from this number in the past month.

Received a call from 231-224-2009 at 1:30 p.m. I sis not answer and they did not leave a message.  Caller id said "unknown".

got a call from 231-224-2009 on 2/1 at 3:45pm. she asked for my name but i told her she had the wrong number. figured it was a telemarketer and then looked on this site...i was right, she was a telemarketer, just trying to rip you off. you can tell by the way she spoke.

Received two calls on cell. I answered neither. Now that I have read the other people's experience I will not answer.
