I've been getting a call from this number 231-224-2030, the caller ID saids it's from Michigan, doesn't leave a message and when I redial the number it's always busy. I called the telephone company and tried to research the number and it comes back as private, it seems like a cell phone number or pay phone.

It's Honda Customer Research Center - if you took your car to a Honda dealership recently they call to ask you a few questions about your service.

I get a call from these guys too. they had my first name right but not the last and I've never owned a Honda automobile. I had a Honda CL160 motorcycle 40 years ago though. Do you think they are finally getting back to me?

I'm glad I found this post. I too own a honda and recently had it serviced. I woke up yesterday morning to a missed call (no message) on my cell phone from (11:34pm) .. don't really care who it is, but 11:34pm is ridiculously late to be calling ANYONE during the week who works! but thanks for the info that it's Honda.

How can you not like Honda's? They are the best car every made. Loser

And you are an employee of Honda?  They call, then they don't answer, it is very irritating.  I will call my local Honda dealership and ask them to follow up and put me on a do not call list.
