Caller ID shows up as RTI INDRS for this number.  I didn't recognize it, so I didn't answer.  No message left.

I received this call today as well, this is the second time today this number tried to reach me. It was the same caller ID and again no message. I live in MA and subscribe to Comcast VOIP telephone service.

received the call today from this number, I tried calling the number back, but got the recording "call can not be completed as dialed". I am guessing the number displayed on the caller id is spoofed.

Keep receiving calls from this number.  I answered but no one would talk to me.  So I called the number back and got a recording.

their toll free is 877-223-1931. they call from hundreds of different numbers and its all a scam. call the toll free and give em back a piece of your mind. if its busy its because they are closed or not taking calls on that toll free number right now. i work for AT&T and i know how this all works. they can turn that toll free on and off when they want so if its off u get a busy network signal or a full mailbox. i am posting this on all the threads related to them on this site.

Stupid auto message saying I am a winner from K-Mart or Macy's, funny thing but where I live those don't exist.  I am in Canada!!!  I assume they use an auto dialer?
They constantly call I would love to know how to block these calls from coming.
They started immediately after I connected my phone, before the number was even published.

How can you stop these unwanted calls? I'm getting sick of receiving them!

Received a call from this number 231-224-2083 last night at 8:56pm where the caller identified himself as representing the Michigan Fraternal Order of Police. Have no idea what caller wanted, as I hung up immediately on him.

231 area code is generally north east portion of lower Michigan

call went to machine, guy said, "hello, is michael there..."... then he said "... oh, <cuss word>..." and hung up... may he get boils on his nose and in his but crack, and get pulled over for improper lane usage

No message left, but I beleive this is the Michigan Fraternal Order of Police, these guys are a bunch of rude scammers and crooks, don't give them a single penny. They ask for money to buy the police bullet-proof vests and such. They lay a guilt trip on you by saying "You want the police officers to be protected, now don't you?" Used to get calls from them a few years ago, it did no good to tell them to stop calling. It sometimes sounded like some punk teenage kid on the other end. My elderly mother once got a call from them and she told them to stop calling. The pushy [***] on the other end actually laughed and said "Oh, you don't want to do that now, do you?" It is probably a classic boiler room operation they have going. Don't make the mistake of donating to them, if you do they will be calling you from now on.

It happens twice a year,  I have a 85 year old mother and after I recieved this call today, I immeditaly phoned her to IGNORE when they call her.

How about you give us the name and published number of an ACTUAL law enforcement agency that benefits from your alleged "charity"?  One actual law enforcement agency that is independent from your scam I mean "organization" that would actually say that you are anything other than a COMPLETE EMBARRASSMENT to real law enforcement?

Go ahead. Give us an actual independent LAW ENFORCEMENT reference. Make sure it's somebody who knows EXACTLY what you SKIM off the top of every dollar contributed for your own PROFIT!

I called the number back (I live in Southeast MI) and got a recording saying that it was the Michigan "Fraternal Order of Police."  They must want a donation.

I just got the same unsolicited call.  The called asked for the "lady of the house" and refused to leave a message when I said she was not home.  I called the number back, and it is the Michigan Fraternal Order of Police looking for money.

I got the same message to he asked for the person of the house and refused to leave a message but when my mom got home she diled the number and a lady answered and sounded on drugs!

Someone asked for me. I know no one from ctc marketing. The number is 231-224-2083. They call all the time. This is the first time they asked for me. My name is on the phone bill. I do not trust this. I will not answer.
